I sighed as I thought about what the hell im finna do for this project dats due in 30 minutes.
"I'm finna get my ass beat tf up." I said laughing
"AMALI!!!" My mama yelled from downstairs
"YES?!" I replied

"YESSS?!!" I said again

I groaned and threw my cover offa me.
I got up from my bed and walked out my room, downstairs.
"Ma you called me?" I asked
"Amali why yo history teacher sent me a message talkin' bout you failin' his class." My mom asked with a mug plastered on her face
"Ion know." I said with a shrug I truly didn't know bc all the history tests I've had I always passed so I'm confused.
"Girl,girl you think I'm playin' do it look like I'm mothafuckin' playin'?" My mom asked chuckling
"No bu- Nah Nah if you don't getcho grades up I'm takin yo phone and iPad" she cut me off
"Ok" I said with a shrug
"Repeat taht for me" she said
"Yes ma'am" I corrected myself
"Good now go back to yo room and finish that fuckin essay." She said gritting her teeth
I sighed and went up to my room to finish my essay like I was told to.

I decided to go on Tiktok and do a tiktok.
In the middle of it I got a call
