Third Person POV
Lucy and James met on a beach during their vacation. James is from London and Lucy is from Sydney. They experienced a summer fling. They would always meet up, swim at the beach together, go bowling and have some fun. They were both hiding a secret from each other.
"James, will I ever see you again?" Lucy cried.
"Of course, you will," James replied, smacking his lips against hers.
"Stop, you're ruining the moment," Lucy ordered. "Is this the end?"
"No, it's just the beginning." James smiled as they walked along the beach hand in hand, for the last time.
James POV
I stood at the station, flirting with some fifth-year girls. I ran my fingers through my hair, laughing at the girls' reactions.
"Prongs," I heard someone yell out. Regulus came over to me and we hugged.
"See you're flirting with those girls. How are they?" Sirius aka Padfoot asked.
"Y'know how they are, all the same, boring girls," I replied.
"How was the beach?" Peter aka Wormtail asked. "Meet anyone?"
"Yeah, there was a girl," I gloated.
"Tell us more," The train started moving. We laughed as we jumped onto the slow-moving train. We strutted to our compartment and sat down.
Lucy's POV
I walked along the train nervously. Lily Evans, the Head Girl showing me around is leading me to her friends. I moved to London from Australia and was invited to spend my last year at Hogwarts.
"Don't worry my friends are really nice, they don't bite. Since you were already sorted it'll be easier to be friends with them since we'll all share a room, and here we are." She said opening the compartment door. Her friends all got up and hugged her.
"Who's this?" A girl with dirty blonde hair asked.
"This is Lucy, she's moved here from Sydney Australia," Lily explained as we sat down.
"Oh, how are things down under?" she asked.
"Fine thanks," I replied quietly.
"Introduce yourself," Lily instructed.
"I'm Ruby," The girl with dirty blonde hair said.
"I'm Alice," A short brunette girl said.
"I'm Marlene," a tall girl with blonde hair announced.
"I'm Mary." A girl with curly black hair answered. The girls started talking about their summers as I sat there awkwardly.
"What did you do over the summer?" Lily asked.
"I met a guy, cute as can be," I announced. The girls leaned a bit more intrigued.
"Was he a muggle?" Alice asked.
"I think so, he showed off splashing around, we met at a beach." I giggled.
"Was it love at first sight?" Mary asked.
"Maybe, it was a fling although I wouldn't mind seeing him again. We went strolling and drank lemonade." I continued, "we stayed out till ten o'clock."
"He sounds like a drag," Ruby added.
"They were some exciting summer nights," I said.
"Anything from the trolly dears?" The trolley lady asked. I grabbed some money.
