(Kofee's POV)

My name is Kofee, I was born in Florida in the US. I am currently 14 years old and my birthday is at December 21. "Kofee" is not my real name, its my nickname given by my parents out of their love for coffee. This was also my nickname since I had dark brown eyes that resembled coffee.

Long ago when I was born, my parents gave me a sweet name. I don't usually share my name around people but if I am close to them, I do. That is why I prefer not to share my real name most of the time. When I was 5 years old, I saw my parents drink something from a cup.

"Mom, what are you drinking?" I asked.

"Its called coffee, Kofee" she replied.

"What is that? and why is my name also Kofee?" I asked.

This was when my mom told me why my nickname is "kofee"

"You see, we really adored the taste of coffee with a few ounces of milk, a tablespoon of cream ,a tablespoon of sugar with any choice of decoration and toppings and its good to go. When you were born, your eyes were dark brown like coffee and you always acted hyper like you drank loads of coffee" She said.

I was really fascinated and I understood why they drank those and why they called me "Kofee" a lot. My parents never allowed me to every try coffee for some reason. Maybe when she said I always acted hyper like I drank loads of coffee was the reason. To this day I am still not allowed, maybe a few years I will be? who knows.

When I was 12 years old I had this feeling that love may come up to me soon. I knew that soon I might have a soulmate whom I can live with. I've always had the characteristics of being hyper, loving and caring for one which built confidence on me.

"Mom?" I said.

"Yes Kofee?"

"Will I ever find my soulmate soon?" I asked.

"Sweetie, of course you will, you just need to wait for the right time" She replied.

I decided to ask my dad what is and see what he thinks.

"Dad?" I said.

"Yea?"

"Will I ever find my soulmate soon?" I asked.

"Son, I bet you'll find one soon. At the right place and time." He said

"Okay then" I replied.

I knew that I could find my soulmate at the right place and time. For now, I must do what I do daily and hope that luck comes by.
