It's the same dream every night

There I am in a giant lush field, with flowers all around, and a hill that blocks the silver light coming from the full moon. As I turn to the right I see all the lights and buildings of downtown Detroit...but there's no sound. The only thing I hear is a light lullaby being sung, coming from the top of the hill.

It calls me. I slowly make my way up the hill, so enthralled by the sound I don't even notice that I'm sprinting, trying to get to the top of it.

As I take my last few steps to the summit. I see the back of a young boy, with shoulder length blonde hair that looks almost silver in the light of the night. As I get closer I find that the boy doesn't notice my presence yet.

"Yes maybe I'll be able to get a good look at him this time"

I make my way closer, still emerssed in the song. The song is spoken in a different language but it rings a domestic feeling in my heart. It sounds like a mix of Spanish, Greek, Latin, and French. It would sound disgusting if it wasn't for the tone of this boy's voice as he took the language and smoothed it out, making it flow so naturally and smooth I could drown in it.

Less than 5 feet from the boy I notice that the song has ended and the boy begins to cry.

Over come with the need to console him I run and rush him into my arms.

I feel him stiffen in my arms but he soon relaxes and snuggles deeper as if wanting to become apart of me.

As I hold him the smell of vanilla, sea water and a more distinct smell hit my nose and that can only be described as him.

I slowly loosen my arms and tilt his face up to look at me using my thumbs to wipe away his tears.

His face is that of a god, striking cheekbones yet still soft, plump pink lips that I just want kiss for days on end, a cute button nose, and eyelashes that would make any girl jealous.

The only thing missing are his eyes which are still closed. I slowly bring my palm up to cup his face and he puts his hand on my slowly caressing it. I lower my head to his ear and whisper

"Let me see your eyes " I ask pleading. I want to see them badly.

The boy pulls away slightly and moves his head up and opens his eyelids giving me full view of his cryptic eyes.

The right one is a lavender color with distinct accents of black in it while the other is a bright gold and dark brown ring around the edges. It was strange. Unique. Beautiful.

I exhaled a breath I didn't even know I was holding in.

A small grin began on the boys face and mine mirrored it.

As I reached for him again, the earth began to shake underneath me and before I could say a word I began to fall, I screamed so loud I was sure I could have been heard for miles. Yet my eyes never left the boy whose face was once filled with love and passion now that had now turned to sadness and fear

My ears began to ring with the sound of me falling I could barely hear my own screaming yet a single word drifted into my ear and consumed my mind.

"Amoruccio"

....

...

I jolt up from my bed, gasping for air as I frantically feel around me noticing I'm in my bed and no longer falling.

I put my head in my hand " damn tilt again, I still didn't get his name"

Laying back on my bed I look over toward my nightstand seeming my phone on its dock with the time lit up"6:39"

Guuess I should get up and get ready for another boring day at school
