Greetings to everyone who chose to read my story.

I wanted to point out a few things before continuing with the book, so please don't skip this, as it is extremely important to read!

Before anything, I want to specify the genre of my story. It is romance before anything else, of course. It's the main focus. But it doesn't mean it's only romance. The story is extremely heavy on the plot. Really heavy. So you could say this is a romance-thriller story. There are many plot-twists, so much action and so much drama.

So don't think that this is just some basic quick fun read. Nope, I spent five years building the plot and preparing the storyline. So please pay attention to the details and try to connect the dots if you want to figure out the final plots! I hope you don't, though. That would ruin all the fun.

Also this is going to be a series. I'm pretty sure every character in Treacherous is going to get their own book. I already have their books plotted, too. I just need to decide the order in which I'll write them. So again, this isn't just some quick fun read, this is going to be a connect series so don't start it if you're sure you won't be able to read the next books! You'll just waste your time!

I want to add that friendship is a heavy sub-plot here, and there might be some friendships that seem a little too close, which could lead you guys to ship them. And that's totally fine! Ship whoever you want, just don't get upset if they don't end up together :)

Now onto the trigger warnings, because there are many. This is a dark romance that stars some very fucked up characters. You can leave if this is not your cup of tea.

The trigger warnings include: rape, statutory rape, sexual assault, sexual abuse, child abuse, child trafficking, pedophilia, grooming, sex trafficking, human trafficking, incest, Stockholm syndrome, self-harming, suicide, suicidal thoughts, suicide attempts, drug use, drug addiction, alcohol addiction, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, murder, torture, violence, gore, blood, etc.

I'm pretty sure there are more, and I'll add to them as the chapters go by.

And for the smut, well, there's a lot of it. I can't help it, I love reading it, and writing it even more. This book is like... filthy. In a hot way. I won't even bother to list all of the trigger warnings for the smut scenes because that'll just waste both of our times. Just don't keep reading if you're narrow-minded and aren't a big fan of smutty scenes. It'll take some time before we get into the smut, as this is extremely slow-burn, but once we do get there, there will be a lot of it since it kinda adds to the plot as well.

I'm so excited for you to read my story. I don't want to sound too egotistical but I'm just so proud of my mind😭

But hey, I'm not Shakespeare nor am I Taylor Swift. I'm just a bored eighteen year-old who happens to like plotting stories; and English isn't my native language (it's third actually). So don't expect advanced storytelling or mind blowing metaphors. But I don't make grammatical errors, that much I can promise you🤭
