I noticed my mom walk back into the room,right after my brother finished talking to me. When she walked into the room, she had came in with a bag in her hands. The clear bag had dad's belongings in it. This bag had his wedding ring and the necklace my brothers and I made him when we were little kids.

I started feeling a wave of tiredness overwhelmingly hit me. I yawned in sync with my mom. I guess she had also felt the wave of tiredness. Because after we yawned she said, "Hey kids lets go home, its getting late".

We walked out of the hospital feeling sad and lonely without my dad's booming laughter or trying to tell lame dad jokes. We all are exhausted and worn out. The drive is only 18 minutes Long.

It is really peaceful hearing the rain hitting the road and Windows. The roads were empty ,which is a first for how big the city is. I love the sound of rain at night , it helps me relax. Which is really needed right now.

I spent the whole drive thinking about how I would finish building the motorcycle I was helping my dad build before he got diagnosed with cancer stage four. Before he died I promised I would finish it for him but for me too.

Before I knew it we had arrived at or house. I helped my mom and brothers carry a few bags of things we had brought to the hospital. I grabbed the keys from my mom and unlocked the front door.As soon as I layed the bags on the dinning room table I walked up stairs,into my room. I grabbed volleyball shorts ,oversized hoodie. Grabbed a towel and walked into the shower. A very needed shower.

I used my favorite shampoo and conditioner which smells like vanilla. I also used my coconut body wash. After washing my hair I let the water rinse out the soap. I heard knocking on the door, after a couple of knocks I started getting really annoyed. "WHAT Do YoU WaNt "I screamed.

"Mils hurry up other people have to use the bathroom too" I heard Luis ' muffled voice. "Fine"i huffed. I turned off the water and dried off and slid on the hoodie and shorts. I walked out of the bathroom and walked into my room and took the longest sleep ever.
