Jacob's Inventions

In China, there was a baby named Jacob. Jacob's family was poor due to taxes in the army. His family had no choice but to put him in the army. Years later he was in Wars of China. Shi Huang Di always lost his battles in China. Shi Huang Di wanted to rule over China, but has a long way to go. Then came Jacob and the other men coming in the army. Every time Shi Huang Di lost men and retreated his battles. Shi Huang Di ordered his strong men that are strong, not including Jacob, to come up with a plan to win. The plan was to go behind the army and kill them from behind. Shi Huang Di tried the plan, but his strong men died. Shi Huang Di was upset. Shi Huang Di called his average strength men and asked them to come up with a plan. They said we should use horses. Shi Huang Di thought it was a good idea and got horses for them to ride on in battle. Jacob always stays in the back of the army in the wars so he does not get killed. Jacob always knows Shi Huang Di's army is going to retreat so there is no point battling. Shi Huang Di and his army retreated, just as Jacob thought. Now all his average strength men died.

Now Shi Huang Di barely has an army and only have weak men and one of them is Jacob. Shi Huang Di did not want ideas from the weak men because he assumed they have bad ideas. Jacob wanted to help, but Shi Huang Di denied to listen to a weak man. Shi Huang Di had an idea. Shi Huang Di sent a messenger to ask for more strong men to join the army. Shi Huang Di was relieved he got strong men to fight the battles of China. Jacob wanted to help and asked Shi Huang Di again if he could help make a plan. Shi Huang Di refused to listen which made Jacob sad. Shi Huang Di assembled the new strong men to come up with a really good plan. The strong men had bad ideas and Shi Huang Di had no choice but to ask Jacob about his plans this makes Jacob very happy.

Jacob said he has a very good plan and not to waste his strong men. Jacob told Shi Huang Di he has very good blacksmith skills and would like to make weapons for the army. Shi Huang Di agreed and ordered the strong men to help build weapons also. First Jacob started building long swords and taught the other strong men to help. He showed them step by step how to do it and this applies for all the other weapons as well. Shi Huang Di asked what it is for. Jacob said it is long swords for killing at a distance so the army does not have to get close. Next Jacob started building bows. Shi Huang Di did not know anything about weapons so he asked what those are for. Jacob said it is for firing arrows at the opposing army. Later Jacob started building arrows. Shi Huang Di asked what arrows are. Jacob said it is to fire at opponents.

After months of building Shi Huang Di finally wanted to fight to get more territory to rule over China. The strong, average strength, and weak men went into battles with their new weapons. Shi Huang Di worried if he did not win the war he would surrender and more bad things. The battle started 5 minutes into it Shi Huang Di realized he was winning the battle. When the war was over he was overjoyed because he won the battle and thanked all his men especially Jacob for the good battle plan. War after war Shi Huang Di and Jacob with the other men won battles very easily which made Shi Huang Di and his army very happy. For months Shi Huang Di has been winning battles that he know gets to rule over China.

5 years later, in 220 B. C. Shi Huang Di died. It was a sad day. The soldiers buried Shi Huang Di 9 days later. Lots of soldiers went to his grand funeral including Jacob. The soldiers had no idea who would be next emperor because Shi Huang Di died and has no children. One soldier said that he should be emperor. The other one said why should you be emperor soldier? The soldier replied because I am the strongest. Then the soldiers argued until one soldier said make Jacob be emperor. Why? The soldiers asked. It is because he helped win and rule over all of China by his blacksmith skills. The soldiers agreed that Jacob is now emperor. Now Jacob was really happy that he became emperor.

In the end Jacob ruled over all of China until he died.
