Vampire's little pet

Chapter 1

Alex pov;

The town was quiet busy today, alot of tents were setup at different areas, each had different symbols on it to indicate the covens the are from.

Yes Witches, black witches to be specific. Although they stay hidden because vampire's and witch hunters could kill them at anytime but a time like this, where alot of them are together in one place.

Well.... ..trying to take out one of them would be like a suicide mission and besides that's really not why am here.

I came down from the car to see little children running around playing.
You can tell from their eyes with was completely white that they are white witches.

Very little of them are still in existence because of the last massacre between the black and white witches. Now the remaining white witches are been taken care of by the black witches only to be used for their own selfish gain.

Not wanting to waste anymore time, I walked down through the tents until I found the one I've been looking for. The tent with a red raven in it, then I walked in.

A few stuffed animals were arranged in a corner, it was kind of dark because of the little reflection of light from outside. The place looks alittle too stuffy with the voodoo here and there.

The only thing shinning, well, the crystal ball and a round pot with black substance boiling in it.
"It's not everyday a prince charming walks into my tent"

the witch's voice echoed in my ears but there was no one there.

"It's not everyday i willingly walk into a witch's trap" I replied keeping my hands in my pocket as I glance round the room.

"Well is that so" the voice replied but this time she stood behind me, she ran her sharp fingers slowly across my chest before walking pass me to finish her portion.

"So what brings you here prince Alexander, I've had a few Vampires asking for one thing or the other but I can sense you have no idea what you're doing here"

She finished with a small laugh as she took a small empty bottle from her shelf full of skeletons and small animals in jaws.

Honestly, I'll be lying if I say I actually knew why am here. Allison refuses to let me know, the more I was relunctant to come here, the more she persuaded me to.

"Can we just get on wi.... ..." A loud crashing noise from behind the curtains cut me off my sentence but the witch pretender like she heard nothing but again the same sound only this time it was louder like something landing hard on the ground.

"I've hard enough with that girl" she said sprinkling something in the boiling pot that made it turn pink.

I walked and drew the curtain open to see a few pets locked in cages mostly mouse and snakes. I looked down to see a white furry cat with hazel eyes behind the curtain. I open the curtain to get a better view and it hid itself more.

"You're a hand full of trouble little girl"

The witch brought out a whip to use on the little cat the shrink fear expecting the hit that ever came.

"What are you doing ?" The Witch asked trying to free her hand from my grip, until now I never knew that witches are warm blooded.

"Little girl ?" I replied her question with mine

"she's a human ?" I asked kind of surprised but kept a neutral face.

"Yes" she replied retrieving her hand and walking back to her portion. I raised a brow at her to hear her sigh.

"She's a human, her parents used her as payment to me for their debts but she's becoming very troublesome" she stated.

Witches are fond of that, they use anything as payment, especially humans.
I bend down to it's level.

"Change her" I told the witch not even glancing at her.

"So commanding" she said then snapped her fingers. Red smoke filled the area revealing a slim pale girl, long faint red hair. Her clothes looks more like rags put together that hardly covered everything, but that's not the point.

She rapped her hands around herself looking at me with her watery eyes.

"She looks scared" I stated.

"She's always scared and afraid to do anything but somehow ends up causing trouble, but don't be deceived. maybe I'll feed you to the snakes this evening"

the witch said looking at the girl before turning away.
