The Next Morning, The Republic Clones and Kaminoians were questioned by The U.S. Intel Committee, following Order 66. Leading the hearing is a good friend of Speaker Kyle E. Clarkson, Daniel Carter. Carter researched and their procession Clones thoroughly. He learned over time that Clones had gain more of a personally and have free will instead of following orders. When the hearing was underway, he questioned clones from each unit of The Defunct Republic Military. He asked if any of them have any resentment to The Jedi. They replied only one Pong Krell, The Jedi who worked for Dooku to keep Umbara under Separatists control. Jay watch the hearing very closely. The Clones told them the whole truth and chose to fight for The U.S. and her allies. After much deliberation, They agreed to keep The Clones in activate service and help train new recruits. After watching the hearing Colonel Jec entered Jay's Quarters and informs him of the arrival of Squad 99.
Clone Force 99 arrived on Earth after escaping The Empire. They escape Kamino after rescuing Zasha Barrwinn from Val Barrwinn and Eldo Zerkim. Val Barrwinn, upon receiving Order 66, was hesitant and conflicted. During her time in prison, after conspiring with Pong Krell, she learned the truth after being visited by a Jedi in prison. The only thing that was missing is a letter written by Loff Deislo, which was hidden by Zerkim. Eldo Zerkim formed a deep hatred after Jabiim, like Val. It was revealed, after the war, Val didn't kill her Jedi General, Depa Billaba, on Kaller. She tried to save her sister and her detachment from the order, only to be stopped by Zerkim, who followed her and order her troops to fire. But, they refused by stating that Master Billaba's apprentice, Caleb Dume, is a kid. But still, he carried out the order; despite their say. Before things got any worst, she stunned Zerkim and chained him to a tree. As precaution, she too was stunned and left behind. She unwillingly joined The Empire, thanks to Zerkim. While on Kamino, Squad 99 met a young female clone named Omega, who was Nala Se's assistant. After Squad 99 refused to carry out an act on Admiral Tarkin's orders to take out Saw Gerrera's rebel cell on Onderon, they were imprisoned and faced execution for refusal of orders. However, their escaped after having a skirmish on the hanger dock. They saved Cut Lawquane and his family on Saleucami, got off The Ordo Moon & fought off Fennec Shannd; before arriving on Earth.
Jay went to see Squad 99, which Wrecker recognizes Jay and gives him a bear hug, leading Jay to say that it's nice to see him as well in a somewhat strained voice. It was also the first time Jay meet Omega and Fives and Hevy are reunited with Echo. The three surviving members of Domino Squad met after all these years. Omega revealed to Squad 99 that she saw Jay, from the shadows, removing Inhibitor Chips on Kamino. Amused, Jay quips that rumors about him traveled fast. Wrecker agrees before grimacing and touching his head, telling Tech he needs another med patch. Jay asks what is wrong. Wrecker claims it is just a headache. When Echo observes that Wrecker's headaches are becoming more frequent, he soon takes an interest. On The Ordo Moon, Wrecker hit his head, which is his inhibitor chip trying to activate. Tech tells Jay and the others that their deviant nature appears to have impeded the functionality of their inhibitor chips. Alarmed, Fives asks if they haven't removed their chips. When Tech confirms this is the case, Jay stood in front of Omega, protecting her as he slowly reaches for his lightsaber and Fives slowly reaches his blaster pistol. Fives, cautious for his brothers, says that the chips make them a threat to everyone, including Omega. He also describes them as ticking time bombs, Hunter tells him to take it easy. Jay warns them that the inhibitor chips are dangerous, having experienced Order 66 back on Felucia when he and his friends rescued Commander Bly of The 327th. He also said is unwilling to fight any more Clone Troopers, saying that the chips are something they cannot control and is a risk they don't want to take. Omega looks to Hunter, who frowns. Hunter asks how they should take out their chips. Letting go of their weapons, Jay has an idea. Two of his star destroyers, an Acclamator and an Venator, were being examined in Norfolk, Virginia. The U.S. Government was going to build U.S. Venators and Acclamators for their military. He contacted the commander of Norfolk Naval Station special permission to enter the base and enter the Venator Class Star Destroyer. He stated that he has a clone commando unit that needs to have their chips removed. With permission granted as far up as Secretary of The Navy, Jay, with Fives, Heavy, Delta Squad, Shiri & Locke, took The Bad Batch to Norfolk. Once they arrived, they boarded The Venator Class Star Destroyer, renamed The George Washington, where Hunter, Crosshair, Tech, Wrecker & Echo got their chips removed. Omega was scanned and she doesn't have a chip, being unmodified, yet enhanced human female clone created from the genetic template of the Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett. Hunter and his squad, excluding Omega, received their shots the stopped their growth acceleration.
