When the twins telepathically talk to each other it will be jaylin with bold and Draco in italics from now on.
As the mother and daughter dou walk out of Flourish and Blotts with a hand full of books for Jaylin and her twin she asks her mum, "Whats next mum?"
"Well let's see," Narcissa paused to look at the list, "ah yes we need robes, a wand, and quills with ink. Although we need to find Draco for the wands so we'll go get quils with ink and robes then go find them and get the wands. " replies the older of the two.
Jaylin just nods being really excited for her wand. Sure she had held her mother's wand before but she really couldn't wait for her own.
-quick time skip because I'm to lazzy to write going into stores-
After getting the other two things on the list they went to find the boys of the house. When they found Draco and Lucius the dou was looking at the brooms, or more specifically the Nimbus 2000.
Jaylin surprised her twin with a quick but playful smack in the back of the head. "Bloody hell what was that for Jay?" The blonde boy asked surprised but Jay just shrugged.
"Anyway we need to go get y'alls wands so hurry along." Narcissa rushed wanting to leave whith how crowded it had been getting.
Luckily when the Malfoys got to Olivanders no one else was there.
"Ah the Malfoy twins I was expecting both of you right about now." Olivander spoke out without looking back at them.
"This man gives me the creeps already. " Jaylin spoke with her mind to her twin as soon as the old man started talking.
"I know right he's weird!" Draco spoke back.
"Yes we'll let's take a look shall we." The man spoke again not asking. Olivander grabed four wands off two different shelves and brought them to the desk like table in front of the twins. Jaylin and Draco both grabbed one. Jaylin did a swish like movement and while Draco's just lit up around him Jaylins made a light go out. She quickly set it down being afraid of it and herself.
"Well we've found one. However you, child might be difficult." The balding man said going to get a better wand for young girl.
"How about this one?" Olivander asked handing it to Jaylin.
This one did work which made the family very happy. They paid for the wands and quickly left.
