"Can you believe it!" Emma vent out.
"He fucking said 'then just don't put white' like he owned that place." She added.
Claire was laughing as she watched her friend venting out her anger.
"I am so mad and you're not helping at all." Emma cried out.
"Well what can I do apart from listening to you."
"At least said something bad about him."
"You know, the whole time I was there." She took a sip of her orange juice.
"He looked at me while shooking his head, like everything I did is an humiliation to him."
Claire laughed again.
"He probably just playing with you."
Emma watched in frustration at Claire who was laughing at everything she said.
"I fucking hate him."
"You know, there's a saying that goes don't hate someone for so long if not you end up falling in love with that person because you keep on remembering that person."
"Damn, who made that up."
"Don't know but everyone probably know that."
"Then the one who made that up and anyone who believe it, is dumb including you." Emma did an eye roll.
"Hey, don't get that mad." Claire laughed.
"Don't want you to fall in love with him." Claire teased again.
"Yukk, never in a million year." She made a gagged sound.
She really hates him so much.
"Emma, Claire." The both of them turned to that voice only to find it's Merissa.
Emma face turned red as she finally get a full view of Merissa whole family.
Mr. Perfect continue eating while Merissa seems to be giggling at something.
"Damn, you hate my brother that much huh."
Emma souls almost fly out of her body.
Her face was completely red like tomato.
"I didn't me-"
"It's okay, we understand." Merissa laughed.
Mrs. and Mr. Hiddleston was chuckling too at her reaction.
"He got called a jerk for a reason." Merissa added which she earned a glare from Austin.
"At least I have manners infront of food." He mocked at what Emma have been doing while eating.
"What's there to be afraid with someone who have a small brain." He added which made Emma clenched her hand tightly.
She drank all her wine until it's finished to calm herself down and to stop from saying anything back.
"Right, Ms. Emma?" He added.
"I'm gonna ki-" She stopped talking as she remember his parents was there too.
"I'm sorry Mrs. and Mr. Hiddleston." She was about to turned away.
"Now, you have manners?" He said.
Claire and the rest was watching the scene with amusement.
"I thought you don't have manners but now you know my parents here, suddenly you have manners and not brave enough to say bad things about me."
He smiled in mockery.
"Emma, Austin -" Mrs. Hiddleston called but got stopped by Merissa.
"Let them be mom." Merissa said.
Emma stood up while giving a signal to Claire that they are leaving.
"I'm sorry for my manners Mrs. and Mr. Hiddleston. Goodnight everyone." Emma was about to leave when Austin suddenly said something.
"Coward and brainless."
This time Emma had enough, she walked to where Austin was sitting. Austin saw it too as to why he stood up with pride as he was able to play her emotion.
Emma went to stand infront of him.
Anyone who saw them will probably think that they are a perfect human, beautiful and handsome plus how tall the both of them are.
They matched perfectly which is why Mrs. and Mr Hiddleston was smiling as they looked at their son and Emma.
"I will kill you one-day." She whispered right beside his ear which makes Austin to smirk.
Emma step away from him.
"Aww, Mr. Austin I've told you about your attitude." Emma suddenly said which Austin's family can hear.
"You're so harsh especially with girls. You need to fix that or you will die early without even having the chance to have a family." She mocked and was about to leave when suddenly Austin stop him with a grasp on her hand.
Emma turned to look at him.
His family was looking at them too, while Merissa and Claire was completely having fun about it.
Thankfully their table was not in the middle and was positioned in the corner with a wall to cover their place which no one can really see what was happening.
Emma and Austin didn't talk at all but Austin had his hand grasping on her hand.
"Wow, isn't that one of my brother latest collection?" Merissa suddenly asked.
Emma pull her hand back from him.
"Yes, Austin gave it to me as a compensation."
"No way. He's been designing that shoes for a long month and said there's gonna be only one shoe for this one." Merissa explained.
"Guess you're special." She added.
"I will make lots of shoes like hers, so it won't be special."
"Austin." Her mother called to stop him from talking.
"Well, I don't care Mr. Perfect. I will have my new brand shoes by this week with the help of Sebastian."
Austin had this cold expression as he listened to what she said.
"Goodbye Mrs. and Mr. Hiddleston." She hugged them.
"Bye Merissa." The both of them hugged tightly.
"Come to our house anytime you're free, okay."
"Sure." Emma replied.
She then turned to look at Austin.
She did an eye roll at him before flipping her hair and walking away.
Emma can hear everyone was laughing except Austin.
