Hello everyone! If you're new here, welcome welcome! If you're the few that has been here before...uh let me explain.

I know no one gives a damn about the author's notes but I need to make this for several reasons.

I originally wrote the first chapter back in 2018 and I never updated since then. Well, actually no that's a lie, I did but chapters 2 and 3 were god awful. I edited chapter one a few times in 2020 but I never liked the outcome. It wasn't until recently, in 2023, I had finally gotten my groove back. I've been practicing my writing and it has somewhat improved.

This story is dedicated to the user over at Fanfiction.net named TheRabidWriter. If you don't know who she is, she had written an amazing Nightmare on Elm Street fanfiction called 'Remade'. I had told her about my Jason Voorhees x reader that's basically been put in the back burner for a very long time and I sent her my version of the first chapter.
She completely revamped it, helping me immensely and said I can take the newer version she wrote.
Even though she fixed it for me, I felt bad because it felt like I was stealing it, even though that was far from the case, so I made some changes.
I just wanted to thank her because that one change brought me more ideas for this story and I'll be forever grateful that she helped me🖤
