Number three was the only one I hadn't checked off my list yet. This was my new arrivals list; Dreamer was Mr. and Mrs. Preston's first child that was due to be born any moment. Only, they still didn't know what they were gonna name him well honestly they didn't even know if he was even gonna be a boy. Dreamer was a special case normally I can see a persons life because well I'm the one who ends it, but with this child it was different this young baby boy had a deep and dark atmosphere yet his behavior was nothing of that nature. I could see as far into his earlier twenties and then darkness it just ends but it doesn't show me it doesn't show me ending his life or anything it just stops.

Confused and worried I made my way from Heaven's gates down to the rims that bordered the Earth. I watched as the world spinned each spin counting down to the day God would destroy the Earth. I waited for it spin until the US was in front of me. I stopped the spinning globe and looked down at the yellow light signaling that a baby was about to be born and that baby indeed was to be Dreamer Preston. I stared at the yellow beam of light wondering what was so special about this baby boy. I knew this human would have my attention until the day he died but I didn't know when that would be...

Slowly I moved my hand towards the light pushing my index finger against it. A wave of air rushed around me until I was in the hospital room that Amy and Gray Preston were in. Amy laid on the soft hospital mattress her brown wavy hair pooling around her head as she moved it side to side, the blanket that came up to just under her chest covered her swollen belly but it was still noticeable that she was way past her due date. They'd been in this room for 58 hours now and I could tell she was ready to leave. Gray paced the room one hand across his waist, he chewed his finger nails as he paced the room back and forth dark circles around his eyes showed he hadn't gotten any sleep. I chuckled quietly to myself it felt as though it was just yesterday I had been waiting for him to be born and now here I am waiting for him to be able to see and hold his baby for the first time.

The sudden yelp from Amy grabbed both mine and Gray's attention. Soon doctors were rushing in and then all backing away as they delivered a child to the new family. A boy of course just as I had said.

"Gray it's a boy." Said Amy's calm and soft voice, Gray walked over slowly laying a hand on Amy's shoulder staring at his new born son. A smile danced across his face as he spoke "This means I get $20.00 bucks right? Since I won the bet." Amy smiled longingly and just shook her head at her husband. "What should we name him?" She asked. Silently to myself I chanted Dreamer, Dreamer, Dreamer. "What about Gray?" He asked back. Amy hummed and then her eyes light up, "Dreamer! Dreamer Gray Preston! That's what we'll name him!"

I walked over closer to the baby his bright blue greenish eyes staring back at me. "Welcome Dreamer, I'll see you again one day." I whispered to the baby, only he could see me. I did this to every baby born, and when someone is going to die that's when they see me again. Dreamer'a tiny arms stretched up reaching for me his tiny fingers moving like little worms. This child was special I knew that much about him.

And this was only my first encounter with him...
