Mixed feelings

Louis pov:

When i hung up the phone i was so excited. When Niall told me about Jordan I was happy for him but I was also kind of jealous. Why couldn't I have a girl I like her? I'll just have to wait but I don't want too. Jordan seems like a sweet girl I can't wait to meet her tomorrow.

Zayns pov:

I can't believe what I just heard "she went on a date?!" I thought aloud. "She's supposed to love me! Wait no shes not! this is all wrong! I don't love her she's only a friend, only a friend" I paced back and fourth trying to convince myself that what I felt was what big brothers feel. "I just don't want her to get hurt. Yea that's it nothing else." "Man this is all messed up!!!!!!!!" I yell. Then I heard a knock on my door "Zayn?" it was my mom. I opened it, "h-hi mom," I say "are you ok sweetie?" She asks. "Yes I am" i sigh. "No I'm not" "What's bothering you?" she asked sitting on my bed patting the seat next to her. I walk over and sit down. "I think I'm in love with Jordan" I say. "really?" She asks. "Yes I hate to see her around other guys I just don't want her to get hurt by anyone, I'd rather her just stay by my side" "well Hun.." She began "maybe you dont love her. maybe you just want to protect her, it doesn't necessarily mean you're in love" i thought for a minute, "you're right! Thanks mom" I gave her a hug and she got up and left. I knew it I'm not in love! After all this confusion I took a long hot shower and went downstairs to eat dinner mom made tacos. "Yum" I ate went upstairs and went through my phone. I got to Jordan's name and dialed her phone but there was no answer so I gave up and went to sleep.

Jordan's pov:

When I woke up the next morning I checked my phone I got a missed call from Zayn. I got up and called him. "Hello." He answered in a sexy sleepy voice. "Hey Zayn..." I answered "wanna hang out today?" He paused for a minute then said "no" I groaned "aww please Zayney poo please" stretching the e on the end. I heard him sigh then say "ok, ok fine. But where are we going?" he asks "it's a secret! Bye!" I said happily "Wait..." he said " I'm sorry about last night I should've heard you out." "Ohh that, no problem and I should be the one apologizing not you, I said something stupid without thinking" "no don't apologize it's my fault" he argues. "No it's my fault" I say. "No it's my fault!" he argues. "fine I give up!" I always give up easy ever since we were little. He laughed and hung up. I went to the bathroom brushed my teeth and took a shower. When I got out I straightened my hair and put on some mascara and lipgloss. I went to my closet and put on some dark blue jeans, a white undershirt, and a blue and white varsity jacket. I bent over and picked up some white toms. "Perfect" I say. I go to my bed and text Niall. "Where can we meet up??" He texts back when I get downstairs. I opened it, it read: "At the ice rink by Nandos." "Ok sounds good" I replied. He text back "see you there." I went to the kitchen to get some breakfast. I see my dad sitting at the table. He has a full head of dark brown hair, blue eyes, and a five a clock shadow. "Good morning daddy!" I say heading to the pantry to get some oatmeal. "Good morning Jor bear, where are you going so early?" he asks while I put water in my bowl, "oh to hang out with some friends" I say. I hope he doesn't ask if they're guys. I put my oatmeal in the microwave. "Are they guys or girls?" Crap just my luck! "It's Zayn daddy." At least it's the truth just not the whole truth. "He's back?" He asks. "Yea he came back this week." The microwave beeps and i put in butter an milk."Wow I didn't know about that." "Yea I don't think mom does either" I say. "I kinda forgot to tell you guys." By the way where is mom? "dad where is mom?" I ask. "She's in bed the doctors put her on bed rest." He says. "Yea they needed too she likes to do way too much she needs to learn to stop." He chuckles and I get up to leave. "Bye daddy love you." I kiss him on the forehead. "Bye Jor bear see you later." I get my keys from the key ring and head out. I get in my car and turn the radio on and "It's time" by: Imagine Dragons comes on. I sing along while driving to Zayns house. He lives two blocks from me. Lucky him he moved back in the same exact house he used to live in. While he was gone of course people lived there but right before he came back they moved out. How convenient for him right? When I got to his house I walked to his front door and rung the doorbell. His mom answered the door. "Hi Mrs. M!!" I exclaim. I'm so happy to see her. "Why hello Jordan long time no see." I give her a hug and say " i know right!! Omg I missed you so much!" she smiles "aww I missed you too Hun. Come in" she says and gestures for me to come in. "Thanks!" Before they moved me and Mrs. M were very close. Whenever I came over and Zayn wasn't here I would stay here and talk to her for hours. "Zayn!!!" She yelled "Jordan's here!" I heard a loud bang and then I see him fall through his room door. "Nice!" I laugh. He looks at me and blushes. I walk up to him and scrunch down with my hands on my knees. "Hey Zaney!" I poke his nose and giggle." H-hi Jordan, that was so not cool." He says his face red with blush. "You don't have to be cool around me, I like you the way you are" I smile get up then put my hand out to help him up. He takes it but pulls me down instead. "Wow and after I was being soo nice to you!" He laughs and pokes my nose this time. We used to do that when we were little and got embarrassed. It helped to reassure each other that we don't have to be embarrassed when we're together. He helps me up and we say bye to his mom and leave. When we get in the car he asks me where we were going and I told him with Niall to meet his friends. "With Niall?!" He yells, I almost jump out of my skin "Y-yes" I can see his face turn from a smile to a frown "take me back home" he said. "Wait why? I just want you guys to get to know each other." I say. "I don't like that guy" he answers. "Why not he's really nice and it's not only gonna be him." He looks at me "it's gonna be fine." I reassure him. "Ok you lucky I trust you Jor." When we got there I seen Niall and three guys. I parked the car and me and Zayn got out.
