Teruya winced as he pricked his finger, raising it to his mouth and sucking on it.

God, he wanted to give up, too big a gift.

He glanced at the small box at the corner of the desk, the sigh on his lips evaporating as his eyes sparked with determination.

So, he got back to sewing the bear, making sure the pocket on it's jacket was big enough and snug enough to carefully hold the velvet box.

He sewed on the button eyes, both bright green like his own. He then moved to the small hat he sewed up- A miniature version of his own.

A smile formed on his lips, one filled with happiness and love.

For the finishing touches, he added a rainbow onto the jacket. Once finished, he put the fabric on the green bear's body.

Teruya then checked on the ring, making sure it was perfect. Three diamonds, made sure to be real, sparkling with their worth.

He closed the ring box back up, slipping it into the bear's pocket with a hum.

What time was it, he wondered to himself. The question was answered, when his phone's alarm began screaming at him to get ready for work.

Today was the day he would propose to Rei.
