[Chagal walks into the room, holding a plank of wood. He nods to Alfred as he goes into the bathroom. Alfred, Y/n and the Professor start preparing for bed as they hear the man sing behind the door. Alfred changes the Professor's clothes while Y/n takes off his dress behind a makeshift room divider]

CHAGAL

A pretty daughter is a blessing,
But a blessing that drives you insane!
Because what's a father to do,
When the woman in his child awakens?
First, he notices what's attached to her,
So he hides her or locks her away.
As a man, he knows what men are like,
Every man is kind of a pig! [He starts nailing the wood onto Sarah's door, startling the other three]
Sleep, my little darling!
Dream, my little starling!
No one must dare wake you,
No one must dare discover you!
It will harm you,
It will harm me,
It will harm us...
Stay with Papa!
Just the thought of some horny lecher,
Laying his hands on you makes me roar!
And before a lecher like that kisses her,
I'll swing my hammer and nail shut the door!
Just then I can lay down in bed peacefully,
And even then I can't get a wink of sleep.
A pretty daughter is a blessing,
But my fear for her won't let me rest!
Sleep, my little darling!
Dream, my little starling!
No one must dare steal you,
I will never allow it!
It will harm you,
It will harm me,
It will harm us...
Stay with Papa!
A pretty daughter is a blessing,
A blessing...?

[He shrugs and goes back through the room again, saying good night to the Professor, and not-so-subtly glances at Y/n, who had just finished changing, before leaving the room. Alfred starts to lie down on the seat]

Y/N

Alfred?
What are you doing?

ALFRED

Going to sleep?

Y/N

Come lay with me,
This is big enough for the two of us.

ALFRED

Oh, no, I couldn't.
I don't want to intrude.

Y/N

You can't intrude if I offer,
Now, either sleep with me,
Or you have the bed for yourself.

[Alfred smiles and lays down on the bed, facing away from Y/n]

ALFRED

Good night, Y/n.

Y/N

Good night, Alfred.

[Herbert and his father were exiting their crypt, wandering through the halls, when Herbert stops in front of a window]

GRAF

Son?

[Herbert ignores him as he stares out at the village, occasionally smelling the air]

HERBERT

That smell...

[Graf raises an eyebrow, before smelling the air, noticing three new scents coming from the village]

GRAF

Visitors.

[He notices the expression on his son's face and smiles before walking off]

[Alfred sits up and looks at Y/n and the Professor to see if they're awake]

ALFRED+SARAH

A girl that can smile like that,
I've never seen.
Such a nice young man,
I've never seen.
I can't fall asleep but I'm not awake,
Because I'm dreaming.
Ever since we met,
Everything I do makes sense.
Even if I just while away my time,
And dream away.
A girl that can smile like that,
Such a nice young man,
So natural,
Gentle,
I have never ever seen!
I have never ever seen!
