"agh!"

you woke up to a stab in your chest, a tight grab. you breathed slowly, trying to calm yourself down. you have tears overflowing and sweat all over your back. you look over to find a white cat, most likely the one who helped you fall asleep last night.

it woke up to you crying, slowly walking over to sit on your lap. it was trying to comfort you. you smiled, wiping your tears until you remembered.. someone broke into your house last night.

you put the cat down, gently and sniffed your snot up. you got up, stood for a little as to not get that black static in your eyes with dizziness. you proceeded to walk over as the cat followed. your eyes widened, looking at the sight before you.

it was saiko.

you almost chuckled, seeing him and his bodyguards in your living room. he was sleeping on a gold pillow, most likely brought in by his bodyguards, as they slept on the floor and he slept on the red carpet with a bed made of money.

as you walked closer, the bodyguards stood up and approached you. "miss yan. good morning. sorry for the intrusion, but young master saiko insisted on coming here last night." the first one said out of the three, standing tall. 

"that's quite alright, but you startled me last night. please knock as to entering." you said, scratching the top of your head, attempting to fix your messy hair. "ah, miss, your door was unlocked last night. please be careful." the second one said, dusting off his pants then standing straight as well.

"oh. wait, are you guys the ones who brought this cat here?" you said, picking the sweet white cat up. the cat was close to scratching the guard but you pulled the cat closer as to not. "yes, young master saiko brought him here for you." the third said, attempting to pet it but failing miserably.

"what's all the commotion....?!" saiko said, his hair messed up and rubbing his eyes. the guards all apologized, then went behind him to not further annoy him. "hi saiko!" you said, walking closer with the cat in your hands. 

"ah, i see you have gotten my gift." he smiled, pulling his gold sleeves up. "you know, you could've asked for a sleepover instead of barging in!" you said, obviously angry. "you scared me so bad last night." you turned around, petting the cat then putting him down to make breakfast.

"sorry, sorry. chefs! go help yan." he yelled, the bodyguards running to get the chefs in the car. saiko stood up, sitting on the couch, fixing his hair a little and running through it with his fingers. "so, i'm guessing you got my letter and found out who i am?" he smiled deviously, not in embarrassment or shame at all.

"yup, easy enough. you gotta stop giving me such expensive gifts, i'm already in debt you know!" you tied your hair, pushing it backwards to cook some eggs and bacon. the cat walked over to your legs again. rubbing its fur against you. it purred.

the chefs quickly came in the help you cook eggs, even though it's pretty easy to make sunnyside eggs. you groaned, telling saiko that you don't need this. he chuckled. you took your new cat and walked over to saiko as the chefs took over.

"i'm gonna call you ku. like my friend, hehe." you smiled, hugging the cat. "your friend?" saiko questioned, giving you a confused expression. "yeah. i really like him." you said, sitting beside saiko. 

he sighed, "i'll win you over though. you could never say no to these riches." making you roll your eyes. "riches won't win me over. maybe sweets will though.." you whispered the last part, smiling evilly.   

the cooks gave you and saiko the food on a whole table- even though you had a table right in front of you. they brought in a whole set of utensils. you were confused on which one to use, so you just grabbed any and started eating.

saiko looked at you with wide eyes, then burst out laughing. "that's the soup spoon..." he wiped his tears. "you're amusing, yan." he started eating his food with a wide smile. you also smiled, though in embarrassment, started looking for the right utensils.

you just took the other spoon and kept eating. he took one look at you and started laughing again. "don't mind me...." he kept saying, making you furious. "which one is which!?" you grabbed a tuft of your hair and pulled it back. 

you finished eating and ku came back on your lap. "so, saiko, what are you doing here? i thought you were gonna go to england for your highschool?" you asked, looking at him. "i decided not to. my father also recommended to study here, so i'll be going to your school." he said, giving a look at the cat, causing it to growl.

saiko rolled his eyes at the cat and got up. "i'll take my leave. see you at school, yan." he said, pointing random finger signs at the bodyguards., probably telling them that they will leave now. "okay, bye! have a good trip!" you said, waving goodbye as they opened the door. saiko waved his hand and left.

you got up, thinking that ku-cat needs to eat. you got two bowls, one for water and one for food. luckily, you usually take cats in to heal them, so you had cat food in store. you opened the cat food and dumped it in the bowl. 

ku-cat meowed and walked over to eat. you smiled and got ready for school. it was about 7am, early for you. your school started at 8:25, meaning you still had an hour to go. you put on your normal school uniform and got your lunch ready.

you sat on the couch, reading the clock: "7:40". you frowned, taking out your phone, opening up many notifications from the group-chat with nendo, kaidou and ku.

you got out your math worksheets and notebook to quickly review, but by the time you could even read through a page, it was 8:20. you had 5 minutes until you were late. you rushed out, not realizing that ku-cat was gone.

you ran to school, luckily the gate was still open. you took a breath and walked inside. you'd review the period before math, you thought. you changed your shoes and walked through the halls with your book bag, walking towards your classroom.

where you found saiko once again. sitting right next to your desk, the opposite to ku.
