The life of a hockey girl

Hey guys so I've been writing this story um I hope you like it and I'll update it weekly :)

                                            Chapter 1  

           New Season New Beginnings

     Ok so just incase you don’t know who I am I’m Kaylee Castro and this is my crazy story get ready cause the crazy insaneness starts now.

     “WooHoo! Hockey season is back!” I yelled as I walked out the door with all my hockey gear on my way to the first practice of the season. In the car on the way there all I could think about was how good it would feel to finally be back on the ice after  six months off.

    As I walked into the dressing room I heard a voice ask, “Why is there a girl in here?” Before I could even open my mouth to give my answer a familiar voice explained.

     “She’s apart of the team bro, she plays with the guys every year and always changes in the same room. Problem?” Yes it’s him!

     “Chris!” I yelled way to loud. The entire team was now starring at me. Great job drawing attention to yourself Kaylee.

     “Yes that would be me.” He replied with a cheeky smile and a slight wave of his hand. Thank you Chris for trying to help.

     “Sorry, I was just really surprised that I’m on the same team as you again.” I said blushing a little bit. Crap blushing! He is definitely going to notice that I’m doomed. Ugh why’d I have to go and blush like that? Stupid, stupid, stupid!.

     “Well why don’t you come sit?” So sweet of you to ask Chris but I cant sit with you. Have you met me? I will mess any chance I have with you up. Well now that he’s asked I guess I have to so that I don’t seem rude. Ugh Chris you make my life so hard.

     “Sure.” I reply not to excitedly I hope otherwise he would have figured out I like him by now. I mean how could I not like him he’s the hottest guy at school! I just melt every time I look into his deep dark brown eyes, and his hair is so cute not many guys have it cut short anymore but Chris rocks it and his smile is so sweet and innocent.

     So I sat next to Chris as him and the guy beside him chatted about the latest video game and what not and then something interesting happened the guy next to him asked about the girl Chris likes “So what about that girl you like how’s that going?”

     “Dude!” He whisper yelled, “Keep it quiet!”

     “Sorry, Sorry, my bad. But seriously whats happening there?”

     “Well I’m not sure I didn’t talk to her all summer, I can’t ask her out what if she doesn’t like me? I bet she could have any guy so why would she settle for me?” Chris said so quiet I almost couldn’t hear. By this point I figured they were talking about Lily the prettiest most popular girl at school so I just tuned them out.

     During practice He seemed to end up in line behind me a lot and every time I looked over at him he seemed to be staring at me. I’m probably imagining things.

Chapter 2

         Unexpected Visitors

So in the car I texted my best friend Autumn. Here’s our convo.

 Kaylee: Hey guess who’s on my team!?!?!?!?!?!

Autumn: OMG who?!?!?!?!

Kaylee: Chris!!! Ha! I was so excited when I saw him I yelled his name! So embarrassing! Ugh. But he was totally cool with it.
