Chapter 1

"Hey Dan! Are you going to get the mail?" Phil asked him. Dan ran into the room and nodded, then he held up a letter.

"Already got it." He said opening the letter. Phil walked up to Dan and peered over his shoulder to see what it was. When he first opened it he saw that it had a YouTube sign on it. Dan crossed his fingers and hoped that it was for the YouTube fest. Dan read the letter out loud."Dear Dan and Phil, we would like to inform you about the upcoming YouTube fest. All the most famous YouTubers are invited. It is 5 days long, May 10th-May 15th at the Rogers Center in Toronto, Ontario. Hope to see you there." He read out happily.

"Sweet!" Exclaimed Phil. "We have to go. It will be so awesome. We will see Jenna Marbles!" He added. Dan rolled his eyes at Phil. He knew that Phil had a huge crush on Jenna Marbles, the only problem was, Jenna Marbles was already with someone.

"We are going, it's a great opportunity. Plus come on, we have to go, people love us." Dan added flipping his hair, well what he had of it. They laughed together for a few minutes until the phone rang.

"Hello?" Phil said into the phone. He talked for a while then walked back to Dan. "It was Colleen Ballinger." He told him. Dan looked puzzled.

"It's who?" He asked.

"Miranda Sings. Duh." Phil reminded him. Dan nodded.

"OK ... and what did she say?" Dan asked, interested in what she had to say since she hated both of them.

"She asked if we were going to the YouTube thing, I dunno, she sounded nice. Oh and she also asked if she should go to the festival as Coleen or Miranda." He explained.

"And what did you tell her?"

"I told her both." Then the conversation between the two was over.

"And that's all bye!" Tyler said to the camera, then the camera guy turned it off.

"Great job Tyler," The camera guy said. Tyler gave him a thumbs up and a big smile then he frowned. "What?" he asked noticing Tyler's frown.

"I forgot to tell everyone that I'm going to be at the YouTube Festival, ah well I guess that just means I get to make another video soon" Tyler laughed.

"You are obsessed!" The camera guy stated.They both laughed and rolled their eyes. "Video now?"

"Of course... let me go change, can't have them knowing it's the same day." Then he left and went to his room. He pulled on a different pair of blue skinny jeans and his hamburger sweater. "Alright, I'm ready." He said with a smile. Camera guy nodded and set up the camera again. Tyler quickly checked his mint hair in the mirror."Looking gooooood." He whispered to himself, stretching out the o's in good. He placed himself back on the chair in the middle of his living room. He wiggled around and thought of what to say in his next video. The chair tipped over and Tyler fell on his head.

"Y...you good man?" Camera guy said in between laughs. Tyler made a goofy face and put to thumbs up.

"All good." He stood up and sat back down on the chair.

"In three... two...and go!" The camera guy said in an enthusiastic voice, almost like he was on a real movie set. Tyler talked to the camera for about five minutes.

"I meant to upload this video sooner but I forgot so here it is," Tyler told the camera guy when he was writing the description for his video. "Thanks Mike," He added when the the camera guy gave him a thumbs up. "Well you better go, I have some stuff to get done thank you so much." Then Mike packed up his stuff and left. Tyler felt lonely, it was weird not to have Mike around. He wanted someone he could talk to everyday, and be with for the rest of his life, and he felt that Mike could be that person.
