As she walked in she looked around her. There was millions of children there all laughing and talking to each other. She finally managed to find her locker after minutes of frantic searching while trying not to draw to much attention to herself. She collected her things and started trying to find her class. As she started walking, she bumped into someone and dropped her books.
??: I'm so sorry
Demi: It's ok
Demi bent down to pick up her books and then looked up. She realised the girl that bumped into her was the beautiful girl she stared at for like 10 minutes outside.
??: My names is Selena by the way, do you need any help you look kind of lost?
D: Ummm yes please, could you tell me where room 2b is, I'm new?
Selena: It looks like we have chemistry together, follow me.
Selena started walking while Demi followed her stunned by her kindness.
They reached the classroom within seconds. Selena went in and sat down, but Demi stayed at the door looking around. Selena waved for Demi to sit next to her. She went down and sat beside Selena.
S: Demi, these are my friends, Joe, Jenifer, Nick and Kevin.
They quickly said their hellos before Mr Stuart, the chemistry teacher walked into the room.
Mr. Stuart: Good morning class, today we will be doing something easy. You will get a card with a colour on it and work in pairs to make that colour taking notes on how much of each coloured liquid you use. Get to work, one person from each pair come and get a colour.
Demi P.O.V
My heart started pounding as soon as he mentioned pairs. I knew I would be left without a partner. But to my surprise, Selena asked me to be her partner. I went and got the card, we got the colour purple. I sat down with Selena and began to work.
