Midnight Love

Prologue: Earth 120703

A young woman with blonde hair and green eyes is walking through her zoo with her daughter who like her has blonde hair but like her father has brown eyes. 

Kelly Brock-Foster owns her zoo alongside her husband, Y/N Brock and their daughter Rosie Brock-Foster in San Francisco, California. 

Y/N has a secret from his wife and technically this secret cannot be passed down through generations. Y/N has a symbiote that is midnight blue and called Midnight. 

(A/N: Putting this before we get further into the story. When both Y/N and Midnight are both in bold, the conversation is happening in Y/N's head. If Midnight is bold and Y/N isn't then Midnight is talking in Y/N's head while Y/N is responding out loud, kind of like Eddie and Venom. When Midnight is italics, other people can hear him and/or see him)

Y/N and Midnight have an enemy, Spiderman. The spider themed superhero has been sending bad guys to jail which leaves less for Midnight to satisfy himself with which means Y/N has to deal with a hungry symbiote. 

Kelly walks inside their two floored apartment, after driving from the zoo putting her daughter down to go play. She walks into the living room seeing her husband passed out on the couch. She kicks his foot waking him up.

"Huh?"

"It's the middle of the day."

"Well someone kept me up all night."

"Oh yeah?"

She asks sitting on him rubbing his chest through his shirt. 

"Yeah very hot blonde with beautiful green eyes."

"Sweet talker."

"And amazing boobs."

"And you've ruined it."

She goes to get up off him but he pulls her into him kissing her softly.

"I'm sorry, I can't help it. I just love all of you."

"Every part?"

"Every single part."

"Favourite part?"

"Your smile."

She smiles leaning in to kiss him softly which he returns. They hear tiny footfalls coming down the stairs and Rosie runs in jumping onto them. 

"Hi daddy."

"Hi princess."

"Me and mommy fed the animals."

"You did? Without me?"

"You were being lazy."

Kelly laughs as Y/N feigns hurt and Rosie giggles running away. Y/N chases after her tickling her when he catches her. Kelly watches her little family with a smile. 

Y/N and Kelly have been married since they were eighteen, both now twenty-five and twenty-four. Kelly had gotten pregnant at seventeen and Y/N immediately stepped up ready to be a father and husband. 

Later that night, when the couple are in bed Kelly begins to question things she never thought about before.

"Y/N?"

"Yes baby?"

"Do you think we are too young to be married?"

"No, I love you and only you. I love you in every universe."

"Oh god you and your multiverse theories."

"I'm telling you babe, there's more out there than we know. Whether you are a redheaded spy, a nanny, a singing porcupine, a robot, a mother during Hitler's time or an actress - I will love you unconditionally in ever single universe."

"I will love you if you are an original vampire, a spy, you date your roommate's mom or you have some weird monster living inside you."

"I love you Kelly."

"I love you Y/N."

The couple kiss before snuggling up under the covers and heading to bed. 

The next day is Monday so like most days, Y/N will open the zoo while Kelly drops Rosie to school. 

"Babe!"

Y/N pops his head into the kitchen after being called by his wife.

"Yeah?"

"Will you make Rosie's lunch? I need the bathroom."

"Sure."

She kisses his cheek before running off upstairs to go toilet. The family get in two separate cars, one heading to the zoo while the other heads to the school. 

Sirens blare as he pulled up in his car, rushing out and to the crash. Officers try to stop him as he tries to get by.

"That's my wife and my daughter."

"Sir, you can't go through."

He watches as the paramedics cover their dead bodies with a white blanket.

"KELLY, ROSIE. NOOOOOO!"

He rushes past and over to the paramedics. They let him see the bodies as tears fill in his eyes.

"Baby don't do this to me, I can't live without you. I'm not strong like you are. Princess wake up please."

Tears roll down his face as he falls to his knees screaming. 

"We'll get revenge on him, we'll kill him."

"Let's do it but we will wait a while let him think he is safe."

Y/N watches as his family is taken away before turning around watching as the man from the other car is put into an ambulance, alive... for now.

A few weeks later, the man who caused the car crash is chilling in his pool at night, oblivious to the creature sneaking behind him.

Suddenly, he is impaled by a midnight blue sword that is pulled from his body leaving him in the pool as it fills with his blood. 

Midnight walks away and out of site from cameras before allowing Y/N control again. Y/N felt satisfied with his revenge.
