"Ok you guys you're getting on my last nerve!" I said angrily at my friends Bella and Evelyn "oh come on y/n lighten up! School is out for the summer be happy" Bella said as she playfully punched my arm. I just rolled my eyes "hey I have an idea!" Evelyn said "really that's new" I said sarcastically the kind of friendship we had was one where we fought a lot and made jokes about each other "shut up! We should go into the woods and explore!" She said "humm...I don't know you know those two boys that went in there and never came back out" I said putting my headphones on my neck "that was 9 years ago y/n. plus it might be fun" Bella nudged my side "uhg fine" I gave in

"Ok guys you ready to head to the woods!?" I asked "yeah!" Evelyn yelled "i guess..." Y/n twitched followed by a loud cracking sound "what was that?" I asked ' was that y/n neck?!' I thought and as if she read my mind "yes Bella that was my neck" she said as she pulled on her favorite jacket "what's with you and that jacket?" I asked as I climbed out of the window "it's the one Toby gave me" she responded as she followed me out the window " plus it reminds me of him after the fire.." She said quietly "ok what ever" I said "hey you shouldn't be talking you still have the sweatshirt Jeff gave you!" She yelled with a quick twitch "ok keep you're ticks under control. You're neck cracks are unsettling" I complained

I just rolled my eyes at her comment "it's not my fault I can't control my ticks and twitches!" I said. As we continued to walk I stumbled upon a crime scene "no way!" I twitched "what did you find?" Evelyn asked "a crime scene and look a hatchet" I took out my phone and started to take pictures when I started to hear noises "guys d-did you hear th-that?" I asked as my head started to tick and twitch which made a lot of cracking noise "y/n shut up there are other people in here with us!" Bella whispered yelled "b-Bella E-Evelyn behind you..." I shook I saw two people behind them and in the blink of an eye there was an ear piercing screaming. Evelyn and Bella we're being attacked I tried to run to them but my feet weren't touching the ground apparently I was being held by my hood i looked up to see what was holding me up. The thing that had my hood was a boy who looked my age I couldn't tell who or what it was because it was to dark to see "LET GO OF ME!" I demand the next thing I know I'm on a tree branch with my attacker "run" he said his voice sounded like a computer "w-what why?!" I stuttered followed by a twitch "just run!" He yelled and he took my hand and started to run ' how did we get on the ground so fast' I thought as we ran i heard other people behind us so like any other person I looked behind me I saw a boy and a tall man, but soon I blacked out
