New Orleans Bar

Ava POV

2 days have been passed and life has been normal, not hard but normal. No more to think about a certain someone. I feel numb and nothing else. I mean should I have to feel something except pain. 

"Ava, honey last few day's you have been quiet and I am missing my old princess" Dad said sitting beside me. "I miss my old self back too, Dad. But I don't know how to bring her back. I don't know." he pulled me in his arm's comforting me

 "I am sorry princess, I am really sorry" 

 "It hurts, dad everything hurts, I just want everything to go away." I said, clutching him tightly he started rocking me whispering me soothing words. "Everything is gonna be okay, princess. I promise you" I nodded my head. 

"Avvvaaa" Theo said screaming entering the living room and jumping on the sofa. "It's clubbing time. You and me going to the New Orleans club, now." I started at him in disbelief.

 "Are you serious" He stared back at me and muttered in his heavy voice "Deadly serious. Now go and change, we are leaving in 10 minutes." I chuckled at his behaviour and stood up not fighting him and walked up to change my clothes.

"Why the fuck is the music so loud." I said screaming in his ear. "Because it's a club, come on Ava cheer up." he said shaking my shoulder. 

"Heyyy, my shoulder." I said shrugging his hands, "Ohhh, sorry my bad, Now let's go have some fun." he said dragging me to the bar. 

"4 shots please" he said to the bartender. 

"No, 2 shots, I want bourbon" I told him. Theo looked at me, "What, I prefer whiskey over anything." I said and taking the glass from the bartender. 

"Come let's go dance."he said jumping and moving like a crazy person.  "No, you go, I wanna sit here." 

"You are a party pooper." 

"Yea, yea fuck off and have fun."I said with no enthusiasm. "Aye, aye Mam" he said saluting me and walked away.

 "So, hard day or a nasty break up?" I looked up at the bartender with a questionable look.

 "Huh" I furrowed my eye-brow.

"You are here with your brother, not boyfriend, means he is trying to cheer you up but here you are drinking whiskey and refused to have fun. So I assumed, hard day or bad break up." I sighed.

 "Something like a break up, she used me." To Kill me. I said taking a chug of my whiskey and motioning him for a refill. I smell something familliar scent, turning my head towards right to smell the scent again. Rose. Her scent. She is here.

 I looked around to see her stand at a booth wearing a red short dress pairing up with a black leather jacket and as usual her hair flowing down her shoulder's. She was with a woman a red head woman, Black leather pants with white crop top and maroon leather jacket. She was a good looking woman. 

Moving my eyes away from them I looked at the dance floor to see Theo walking towards her. I ran towards him stopping him before he does something we might regret. 

"Theo No." I said putting my hand on his chest.

 "Ava, she tried to kill you." he said gritting his teeth. Okay he is angry. "But, I am alive and here." "Because of me, Ava, If I han't had to check on you, you would be dead. Ava." 

"Yes, but no. Theo, we don't do this. We don't kill humans."he said glaring hard at her.

 "Ava, do you not understand the fact that she was close to killing you." he said glancing behind my back to look at her. "Hey, you look at me we go out of this bar now, go home and watch movie. Okay, how does that sound." I asked him but received no reply. 

"Theodore Lopez, do you hear me or not." He looked at me and nodded his eye's. We started walking back to the entrance, walking towards Theo's 1967 Cheverelote car. A sexy car he has there.

 Opening the door, we heard a woman's scream from the back of the parking lot. I looked at Theo and he understood what I was thinking both of used our speed to got at the back of the parking lot, to find a guy holding a woman against the wall. 

"Heyy" Theo screamed. The guy turned around for us to look at his face. He is a vampire, his eyes blood red, his fangs. He was going to kill her. "Leave her" I demanded him. 

"What if, I don't" he said holding the girl's neck tight in his hands. Her face was turning red, it was getting harder for her to breathe.

 "Hey leave her" I heard a feminine voice. Turning around Olivia stood there with a stake in her hand. Where the fuck did she hide that.

 I looked at Theo and then at the Vampire standing in front of us. He retracted his fangs from his teeth those sharp fangs. 

"Hey, don't you dare" I told him angrily, "What, don't tell me, you don't want to drink from her, come on we can share." 

How does he know?

 "Ohh, I know you are one of us" he said with a mischevious smile on his face. I shook my head with a grin, "No, we don't drink from human's who don't give us consent." He shook his head ready to use his fangs on the girl, I used my speed and pushed him, he fell on the ground, Theo was beside her holding her. I picked him up punching his face. Harder and harder. Using all my pent up frustration, I punched him blood ozing out of his nose. 

"Ava, that's enough" I heard Theo said stopping me from hitting him. I took a deep breath and picked him up by his collar. 

"Listen to me very carefully, if you are alone then that's good, but if you have a group of you. Don't you dare attack any humans ever, if I get to know I will kill every single one of you. Do you understand." He nodded his head and left as soon as I left his collar.

 Turning around I looked at the girl with Olivia. She is the same girl who was with her in the club. I went towards her, Olivia stood in front of her.

 "Do you think I will still hurt her even after saving her from one of us. Unbelievable." I scoffed and used my speed to go to the girl and held her hand in mine. Making her look at me. 

"You saw nothing, a normal man attacked you for your money, the lady beside you, saved you that's what happened and nothing else." I compelled her. 

"What the fuck are you doing?" Olivia shouted at me. I left the girl's hand and started to walk towards Theo's car, not until stoping midway to say. 

"Din't want to ruin her life for knowing monster's like us exists who wanted to kill her but she got saved by the same species monster." I said out loud and sat in the car waiting for Theo to drive us home. 

"We are for sure watching Vampire Diaries tonight." he said sitting and starting up the car.
