|Chapter 2|

POV: Skylar

As the school bell rang, I tried to ignore everyone. I walked to my locker and dropped off the things, I didn't need. The halls were so loud. All the girls were so excited to see there friends even though they most likely were together just yesterday. I decided to just keep going to my class and not stop for anything.

As I entered my first class, I sat down in the third row. The teacher walked in and as he started to close the door someone burst through the door and sat in the only seat available. This seat was beside me. The teacher sighed at his sight. "Of course the one and only Robert latsky is in my class. Yippie for me." He spoke sarcastically. Rob stood up and raised his arms in defeat. He looked down seeing me and started blushing like crazy. I blushed in return, then the class put in their input. "Rob likes the new girl!" They started to chant. We were both blushing and looking at each other. I quickly looked away. " Robert please take your seat." The teacher spoke sternly now. Rob sat down and whispered to me, "Um... Hi Skylar. I didn't know you were going to this school." I looked at him nodded, then said, "Yeah I didn't know either." His cheeks turned a light shade of pink. He was so cute when he blushed. Wait, what! Skylar what's gotten into you? This is the second time you've ever seen him! You barley know him! I then noticed he was looking at me because I was doing my mental scolding thing again. I was so embarrassed.

POV: Rob

As I ran into the class knowing I would be late I noticed Skylar sitting there so I ran over and sat beside her. She looked so cute. Wait! Rob no stop you barley know her! I was scolding myself when I noticed that Mr. Edson was also scolding me. I didn't know what he was saying so I just stood up and rose my hands. I couldn't help but look down at Skylar she was just amazing. I blushed, then she blushed back at me. She was so cute. I barley noticed everyone in the class chanting that I like her. I finally sat down and worked, but it was hard to focus on anything but her.

POV: Skylar

The day flew by so quickly. I had every class with Rob and he always sat beside me. Every time he saw me he blushed I couldn't tell if I was blushing too, but I think that I was.

It was the end of the day when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see Rob standing there. "Hey what's up, Rob?" I asked casually. He was sweating and I was wondering what was going on. "Um. Hey. Skylar I was wondering if you would um-" he was cut off by the principle. "You two my office now!" I looked at Rob and he looked at me we were both extremely confused. As we walked down the hallway and approached her office I saw a girl. She was crying, but then smirked at us. I looked at Rob. He looked back at me then said, "that's Rose. The principles daughter and my ex-girlfriend from grade 9." I nodded. I have to admit I was kind of jealous.

We entered the office and the principle gestured for us to sit down. She sat down at her desk and looked at us. "So, Mr. Latsky. Rose here has told me that you have been publicly showing affection towards Skylar. She also says that you are cheating on her with Skylar." Rob started to talk getting louder. "Um excuse me, but I am not dating your daughter, nor am I doing anything inappropriate with Skylar. I have not dated your daughter since grade nine so Skylar and I will be leaving now!" As he finished we stood up and walked out the door. I was surprised with what he had just done. I didn't think he could stand up for himself and act that way. I was amazed.
