3: Mothra's rebirth

Nezu was currently staring at the camera, Oracle on his left and Soundwave on his right. The press conference was going to begin soon, and he was mentally preparing himself. The man behind the camera started counting down, putting his fingers down. 3, 2, 1. And their live. "People of the world, this is an official announcement by the Hero League. The recent string of giant monster attacks are not the work of villians, but are instead the re-emergence of the Titans. I'm sure some of you remember when these creatures used to walk the earth, and how things used to be before the age of quirks. Currently, we have 4 Titans confirmed to exist. Ryuu king, Titan 001. The first Titan to emerge, and the first to be documented. He emerged last year in musfaratu, as I'm sure many of you remember. Titan 002, Basilisk. The second Titan to appear. Her emergence event included the incapacitation of the hero Titanica, who is currently still recovering in hospital. Titan 003, Ryuu queen, who emerged in the mei prefecture. You may also recognise from the video "the king and his queen having an extreme growth spurt." And finally, Titan 004, who has yet to emerge but is currently in the depths of the amazon rainforest. Please be assured, we are currently working to ensure that you are safe from any Titan attacks, and we have procedures in place for when a Titan attack occurs. We are also scanning the globe for any signs of a new Titan, or impending Emergence events. We ask that you please listen to the heroes during a Titan attack."
"Query: are there any questions you would like to ask us?

The reporters whispered amongst themselves for a moment. A reporter raised their hand. "Yes, sky news reporter." Oracle stated. "I'm karoline west with sky news. Can we get an expected timeframe for when 004 is expected to emerge?"
"We aren't sure when 004 is going to emerge, but we expect it to be within the week. The reason we expect this is because we detected 004 before 003's emergance event, so we expect 004 to emerge shortly." Soundwave's visor suddenly showed exclamation and question marks. "Alert: 004 has Emerged and is currently enroute to Rio's nuclear plant. Suggestion: evacuate the area." Nezu became worried, as they hadn't thought it would happen while they were giving the press conference. The press started muttering amongst themselves. "Nezu, what do we do?" Oracle asked. Soundwave turned to them. "Titan 004 has been dubbed Mosura, due to the similarities between 21st century Mosura and 004. Theory: Mosura is heading to the nearest source of radiation in order to facilitate growth into her Imago form. Suggestion: attempt to redirect Mosura to a secluded location, using a differnt radiation source." Nezu shook his head. "According to the old reports, Titans are attracted to nuclear power plants like moths to a flame. Our only option is to evacuate the area and hope she doesn't decide to attack the city." The other two nodded.

Gaia
She was currently stood infront of a tv screen, watching on the news as the hero league freaked out. On the other screen was video footage of catipillar mothra as she crawled her way towards the nuclear plant in Rio. The people around her where rushing about as they evacuated, scared shitless about the giant catipillar crawling towards them. She wasn't sure why, since Mothra is the least dangerous of the current Titans/Kaiju that were currently active. She considered where the next emergence event should take place, perhaps in America, maybe in Europe or Oceania. She wouldn't do another in Japan for a few months, already having hit them with 2. Yeah, it was America's turn. She had an idea for a Titan, inspired by one of Goji's old enemies. She would never admit this, but Ghidorah's design was rather interesting. Especially the triple heads. Perhaps she should make an actual hydra? But should it be of the snake or Lizard variety? Or should she just make her own Ghidorah? Hmm, so many options. "Hey, kid, you should get moving, the Evacuation has already started." An old man stated. Gaia chuckled. "I may look young, but I'm older then you. Besides, I wouldn't want to miss my newest baby's rebirth." The man blinked. "You are the earth spirit, aren't you?"
"Yes. I'm suprised people outside the tribes remember me." The man chuckled. "I'm a descendant of the infant islanders. Of course I would remember the girl present at every ceromony, every birth to bless the child." A small smile graced her face. "Well, then be prepared to witness the rebirth of Mothra, because Mosura shall saw the skies again soon." The man grinned. "My people always held on to the belief the Titans would rise again. I'm glad I got to see the day the next generation of Titans rose from the ashes of the old world." The man turned to the TV screen showing Mothra as she made her way here. "She is as beautiful as the original. I can't wait to see the day big G walks the earth once more. Will that be soon?"
"Hopefully. I just need to figure out what to turn into Godzilla first."
"In my experience, try everything. Besides, perhaps you should take a look inside the Temple on Infant Island, we left a suprise for you there, straight from the big G himself." She blinked. If it held Goji's DNA, then she wouldn't need a closely related animal, of which she was unlikely to find. Rodan would need a resurrection too, but she already knew how she was going to do that. "I'll send Emerallis and Feronallis to take a look." The man nodded. They stayed there, watching as Mothra arrived on scene. The little clicking and squeaking sounds Mothra made were adorable in Gaia's opinion. Mothra rushed towards the power plant as heroes tried to stop her. All of them failed, mothra just spitting webbing at them before continuing on. Mothra soon found her way inside to the core, and she began feasting on the energy. Mothra always did cause as little damage as possible, never going out of her way to destroy anything but her target. She was always held in higher regard compared to the other Titans. Mothra started to create a coccoon around herself once she had finished draining the power plant of it's radiation. Gaia and the old man watched this all happen. The evacuation never once ceased around them. Gaia nodded to herself, then turned to the old man. "Well, it was nice meeting you. I have things to do and Titans to make." The old man nodded. "Safe travels, spirit of the earth." She disappeared from view in a glitter of lightly glowing blue particles.
