"Why did you and dad divorce!?" Yelled Angelica to her mom.
"It's... it's complicated Angelica." Said her mother in a calming voice. "Everything will be alright."
Angelica couldn't handle it any longer. That was what her mom said every time she got mad. She never told Angelica the truth. Ever. I guess that was because her mom didn't want Angelica's depression getting any worse.
"That is what you say every fricken time!" Angelica yelled at the top of her lungs. When she finished talking she got red in the face and her hands started to clench into fists.
"Don't you use that attitude with me Angelica Dranger!" her mom started to yell also. They were both getting very upset. "Go to your room."
"But-" Angelica started.
"GO!" yelled her mom.
Angelica turned around, crying. She felt so angry she wanted to scream. Then she had an idea. She grabbed a butter knife from the kitchen table next to her and turned to her mother.
"If you are not going to tell me the truth... ever, I have no choice than to tell you the truth." Angelica took the knife tightly in hand and pointed it at her mom. Her mom stood, frozen in fear. "My truth to you is... I never ever liked you... ever. I know you have been lying to me this whole time. About the divorce. It isn't complicated. You just don't want to tell me that you and dad aren't getting along... right?"
Mom nodded, slowly but carefully.
"Well, I am so tired of you lying to me!" yelled Angelica. She threw the knife and it stabbed her mom in the arm. She dropped to the ground in pain, crying, bleeding. Begging for mercy. But Angelica wasn't ready for mercy... no... NO MERCY AT ALL! She took the knife out of her mom's arm and wiped the blood on her shirt. "Goodbye mom." She whispered, holding back some tears. She took the knife and held it into the air. She counted to three silently in her head and yanked downward to her mom's back.
