"Hey Ellie! Wait up!" Shane shouted across the busy school zone to get her attention.
Ellie turned around upon hearing her name. "Catch up!"
Shane sighed, "Can't you just walk slower?" Shane started to lightly jog over to Ellie and eventually caught up.
Ellie looked over to the panting Shane. "That was only like ten yards.... You're weak."
"No!" Shane lashed back
"Please, I beat you in an arm wrestle yesterday." Ellie said while laughing at him.
Shane tried to make a comeback but failed and hesitated. "But besides that. I heard you got a VR, And it comes with Race of Guilds Online... You gunna try it out?"
"Well I wouldn't get it for nothing would I."
Shane pulled out a slip of paper from his pocket. "Got a pin?"
Ellie didn't respond but pulled a pin out of her pocket and handed it to Shane.
As Shane wrote down his user name and handed it to Ellie. "Just type this up in the search bar and find me."Ellie nodded and pointed to Shane's house. "looks like I'll see you later then."
Shane ran into his house and used his mastered routine to get up stairs to his room.
He threw himself on to his bed and put on his head set and watched as it booted up. It quickly checked all five of his senses and started the game.
In the game it skipped straight into spawn.
As the screen sharpens Shane sees his pink haired friend in the same bed/spawn point as him.
"What the hell!", Shane yelled as he fell off the bed. "Just because we share the apartment doesn't mean you can share my spawn point! Geeze Fukko."
"Gosh Shane it was just a joke. Take a cool-down potion. Ha... Get it , cool down, like skills cool down time?"
Shane rolled his eyes. "Yeah because jokes are a whole lot funnier once explained."
Fukko slowly rolled off the bed and stood up. "Fine, what's today's objective?"
Shane had to think for a second to answer this. "Well for one, we are getting a newbie so w-"
"We're getting another!" Fukko had screamed in excitement. "You've been pulling in a ton!"
"Yeah I know in a few months now we could have enough people to start the campaign of this game." Shane said with a not very calm voice.
Fukko got a serious face. "So what is his or her race?"
"Well I didn't get her race, so I am going to craft a low level wand. You should go to a low level labyrinth and get a sword, mace, or a bow she will be on around six so once I finish the wand I'll go help you." Shane shooed Fukko away.
"Fine but I am going to be faster than you." On her way out Fukko hit Shane with her hair.
Annoyed Shane thought to himself, "Well you don't just walk out the door... you could at least go through the take off window. After all, I did spend my seventeen thousand kan on it." Shane threw into a role out the window on the rooftop and flew off.* * *
As Fukko was walking into the labyrinth she said to no one in particular, "She doesn't need that low level of a blade does she? Nahhh... I'll just PK someone in here."
Fukko was a mace wielder elf so in this low lvl labyrinth she had no problem, in fact it was kinda boring smashing the slimes face in.
A quiet mumble was heard to her left which made her instinctively crouch throwing her pink hair flying into the air and dumping down in front of her eyes.
Fukko peered around the turquoise blue wall to see two naive low level elves. "Perfect." Fukko quietly whispered to herself as she pulled out her tomahawk.
As the tomahawk whizzed through the air the weaker low level turned around just fast enough to see the cause of her death blow through her head causing her to explode into an array of dark red polygonal crystals.
Fukko charged the other sliding under his chest-high horizontal swipe, jumped up unlocking the chain of her mace to swing a vertical semi-circle to bash his head in causing his death.
Fukko picked up the two blades on the ground along with the crystals on their belts. One of the crystals was blue indicating it was for teleportation was smashed into a blinding light that was meant to be stepped through.
As Fukko was stepping through and the light almost completely enveloped her she looked back to see the money she forgot to take causing her to trip through the light.
Fukko flew out the other side. Upon landing, Fukko heard the crack of wood, looking down she saw that she had landed on the wand that Shane had just finished.
"F-f-ffff" Fukko never finished the word for she knew that cursing would penalize her and take her strongest weapon.
Shane walked back into the room. Upon seeing his broken wand his mouth fell agape and only squeak a little sound out of his throat.
"Uhh... Hi?" Fukko immediately felt like she shouldn't have said that.
Shane pulled out his own wand, picked Fukko up, and threw her out the window.
Fukko immediately teleported back into the room scolding Shane.
Shane herd a ding and saw the message icon appear in his field of vision. "That's her"XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
