"I... I like you" I nervously spoke, frightened to look at his eyes.
'He thinks I'm a freak'
'He's going to hate me'
'My life is ruined'
'Why did I say that'
'Now he's going to know I'm a faggot'
'I just ruined our friendship'
There was a lot of things in my head. I was scared. My palms were wet, my throat was dry. My head was a mess and my heart was pounding like there's a killer stabbing its way out of my heart.

"Thankyou J" was his answer, which I really didn't expect. "But..."

"But?" I asked as my tears threatened to fall.

Silence.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say that. It was a joke you see. It was a bet." I dryly laughed -no it wasn't a joke "what's that face for? I was joking... Forget about it. God I just lost the bet. I was hoping to buy that new controller"

"J... I'm so sorry"

"I said it didn't I? It was a joke dude"

"No" Luke firmly said "Joke or not, I'm really sorry. I'm so sorry Jonathan. I... I love you J, as a brother. I'm so sorry. But... I love your sister"

I nodded. Well what else did I expect. This isn't a bloody fairytale. I mean god. I'm not some princess and Luke is not a prince. It's not a fairytale with a happy ending. What happy ending? I'm a fucking faggot. "Happy" never really stick with a faggot like me.

"Ok..." Was all I managed to mumble before I was snuggled to a hug.

"I'm so sorry" was all that repeated in my ears. "And thankyou."

Jonathan sat up panting and screaming, sweat dripping down his face. "Luke" he whispered as he searches his surroundings but then remembered that he asked him not to wake him up anymore before school.

The weekend finished and it was time for uni. Jonathan turned his alarm off as he was already awake and not going back to bed anytime soon. The alarm was going to go off in 2 hours and Jonathan contimplated on why he bothers having alarms if he wakes up a few hours earlier.

Jonathan was scared to see Luke and his sister after what happened last friday. It was stupid he thought. Jonathan even missed the rest of the friday lectures since he refused to go to the lectures with bloodshot eyes and dripping tears.

After minutes of thinking, Jonathan got out of his bed, wiping the sweat away from his forehead and got himself ready for his morning manditory class, hoping he won't bump into Luke anywhere in the campus or see his sister. He was still not ready. He loved the two very much, but he just needed time. Luckily his sister doesn't live with him in his apartment.

"Damn. Its cold" Jonathan shivered as he open his car whilst pulling in his sky blue jacket up to cover his neck.

Jonathan brought breakfast for the first time in a long time which was 30 min away from his house and about 1 hour from uni. He liked that diner since he was little and it had a good river park across it. Jonathan later wasted his time staring at the calm water after he ate.

As he arrived in the uni car park, he saw a car parking in his disignated park. He sped up and parked next to his usual park now late for his lecture. Luckily that park wasn't designated to anyone yet. If he didn't have an exam in a few days, he would've ditched all his lectures and not even bother going to school.

Jonathan opened his car and grabbed his bag as he slammed the door. He was sleep deprived enought and some guy just parks in his parking.

"Hey!" Jonathan knocked at the stranger's car window.

A buffed man with a red jacket, wearing a black sun glasses got out of his car, towing a black and red backpack on his shoulder. Jonathan step back as the man stepped out into a full view.

"Yes?" the man replied.

"People have disignated parks here and you are currently on mine. If you are planning on parking, go get a permit and parking slot at the office."

"Oh. Dude. I'm so sorry. I didn't know. I just got admitted here last friday"

"Well be sure to go get one next time. Luckily there was an empty park. Ah shit! I'm late."

Jonathan sped up to his lecture, regretting that he drove to uni late. Not long after, the new student walked towards the same place as Jonathan.
------------------------------
"I can't believe he's going to the same fucking lectures as I am" Jonathan whispered as he took his seat in the outside benches.

"Who?" A voice behind him popped out.

Jonathan turned around to see Luke and his sister but was thinking about the new student and forgot that he was avoiding the two. "The new student. He parked on my parking space this morning"

"Oh, you mean the cute guy?" His sister beamed, whiched reminded him that he didn't want to see the two, but judging on Luke's face as her sister talked about the new kid, he figured Luke still hasn't told her sister he liked her.

"Uhmm...yeah" Jonathan awkwardly replied.

As Jonathan's sister praised the new kid, now known as Evan, Jonathan noticed a frowning Luke, who volunteered to go get some drinks instead of listening to his sister babble on about Evan.

The day went on with Jonathan thinking about Evan, and how he managed to shut up one of the lecturer he hated after asking a question the lecturer totally didn't know about. 'He's not so bad, we could be friends despite what he did' he thought.

Jonathan yawned for the hundred time as he paced himself to the library and locate a peaceful corner to finish his assignment that he's been procrastinating on. Which ended with him walking all the way to the back of the library where long, soft couches were placed. He opened his laptop and tried to start his assignment that was due in three days. However, his eyes slowly dropped as he typed away on his computer and his body swayed back and forth.

If it wasnt for someone catching both him and the laptop, Jonathan would have fallen to the ground head first and woke up to a broken laptop.
