                                                                                  Aubrey's POV

As soon as the gym's door was closed I made a run for it, not bothering to check if there were any more humans in the hall way. I ran down the hall faster than I had as several papers fluttered from off the ground and into the air from where I ran. I heard Maya's footsteps hit the ground softly behind me but she didn't say anything, I had to get away from the sweet smell my demon was dying to have. My eyes started to sting with each breath I took as if I had accidently got lemon juice in my eyes, the sweet blood that had finally drove me overboard was causing my eyes to turn from majestic to killer.

By the time I was almost out of town my eyes were red and I was ravenous, without wasting anymore time Maya quickly pinned me down to the ground, stopping me completely "GET OFF ME!" I growled, the fire in my throat was excruciating, every time I took in a breath I smelt the blood.

"Aubrey...Aubrey calm down" Maya said in a calm voice looking into my blood red eyes.

I had to admit Maya had a lot of guts for pinning me down especially when I was in this state.

"I SAID GET OFF ME!" I skillfully pushed my feet against her stomach and pushed her off into the air, a few feet away. I quickly scrambled up off the ground until I ran smack hard into a body with their Iron grip holding me tightly.

"What's the matter Maya you can't control the little devil" Shawn asked looking down at me with a smile. A growl erupted deep in my throat warning him to let me go but he just laughed "Aubrey cut the tough act already" he said pulling me towards the house.

Maya got up from the ground and shook the dirt off her pants with a sigh "She's getting stronger Shawn what do you want me to do?" she asked walking into the house behind us.

"I told you what to do, the chair is always downstairs whenever you need it" he said.

If my heart could still beat, it would have stopped. I knew what they were talking about and by the direction Shawn was pulling me into it was the basement

. "I would rather starve to death then put her in that thing" Maya cried out from the top of the stairs as she watched Shawn pull me into the darkness.

My red eyes fixed onto silver chair that had all types of different latches and leather cuffs around it, along with dried blood on the floor and chair.

My Blood.

I quickly backed up and tried to escape from the torture chair but failed miserably. Even if Shawn looked scrawny and unfit, he was really strong, stronger than me and Maya combined probably. He sat me down in the chair and quickly latched my arms to the hands on the chair and the feet to the ground.

"You know I hate doing this to you Aubrey, I really do but we can't have you running around killing people" he said with sad eyes as he drew out a wooden steak

He quickly tugged the sharp steak down my forearms causing me to yell out in pain, "Please, please, please I'm begging you" I cried shaking my head as he took out a small vile of water that had a cross on the front.

Shawn didn't say anything as he dripped the holy water on my wounds. Steam erupted from my pale skin, as I screamed out loud; if we had neighbors I'm sure they would have thought they were torturing me, which they were.

I'm not sure how long Shawn stayed down there putting the holy water on my wounds until I had lost all my strength and passed out. Shawn would always have to do this to me. Chain me down like some kind of wild animal and bleed me out until most of my strength was gone, it wasn't something I always looked forward to but now he always seemed to put me in the chair more often.
