As the Shadow Collective's forces battled against the forces of both Ravess and Snipe, Kurogiri transported Shigaraki and the rest of the Shadow Collective to the Cyclonian Palace where Ravess and Snipe wee waging a bloody battle. It wasn't long before they both noticed the Shadow Collective.
Snipe: You freaks again?!
Ravess: Did you not learn your lesson from last time?
Shigaraki: As a matter of fact, we did. Which is why we brought ourselves an army. They're outside the palace wiping out your pathetic forces as we speak.
Ravess and Snipe both laughed at Shigaraki's statements. They didn't believe him. Despite this, Shigaraki maintained his sadistic smile.
Shigaraki: And now I get to kill both of you with my bare hands!
Without warning, Shigaraki charged at Ravess and Snipe. The disgraced Cyclonian Lieutenants then ordered their remaining forces to attack. However, the rest of the Shadow Collective fought against the rogue Cyclonian forces. An intense battle broke out in the Cyclonian Palace.
Ravess Loyalist: Kill them!
Snipe Loyalist: For Commander Snipe!
Toga: Whoa! These guys really are dull!
Twice: They're doing their best! THEY'RE A BUNCH OF JACKASSES! Shut up!
Dabi: Time to heat things up!
Dabi then unleashes a torrent of blue flames. This incinerates many traitorous Cyclonians. Twice then summons an army of Twice Clones to battle the stragglers. Muscular, Magne, Moonfish and Spinner press the attack on the Cyclonians. As all hell broke loose in the palace, Shigaraki took the fight to Ravess and Snipe.
Snipe: You're absolutely fucking pathetic! You really think you can take me on?!
Shigaraki: I know I can. I'm going to enjoy killing you both! When it's all over, you'll both be forgotten!
Ravess: You'll be the one forgotten, Shigaraki! When I rule Cyclonia, both you and my brother will be forgotten!
Snipe: Like hell you are!
As Ravess and Snipe pressed the attack on Shigaraki, Shigaraki began to laugh. He laughed loudly much to the confusion of Ravess and Snipe.
Shigaraki: Look at you all! You're both absolutely pathetic! How trash like you ever got this far is nothing more than a miracle!
Snipe: How about I shut your mouth, you fucking freak?!
Snipe then hits Shigaraki in the face with his Energy Mace, but that only makes Shigaraki laugh.
Shigaraki: I understand now. I really do. You both are nothing more than opportunistic vultures. You only made your move to take power now because you were too afraid of Cyclonis.
Ravess: We were never afraid of a little girl!
Ravess then fires several arrows into Shigaraki, but this doesn't stop him in the slightest.
Shigaraki: Unlike you, I'm not afraid of anything. If I wanted to, I could've killed Cyclonis the moment she brought me in. The only reason I didn't was because killing her would've been a waste of my time. Killing you normally would be a waste of my time considering how unimportant you are, but since you both pissed me off, I'm gonna kill you both!
With that, Shigaraki attacked both Ravess and Snipe with fury. Despite having the numbers over him, Ravess and Snipe were overpowered by Shigaraki. After a brief but brutal battle, Shigaraki overpowered Ravess and Snipe. As they were both at his mercy, a wounded Shigaraki laughed.
Shigaraki: Just like that you're helpless. Two weak, pathetic losers and all the fruits of your labors belong to me! Now you don't even have a thumb to suck on! You're doomed to watch from the sidelines as your dream falls apart!
Snipe: The throne is mine! MINE!
Ravess: You think someone like you could lead Cyclonia?! Don't make me laugh!
Shigaraki: That's where you're wrong. I don't want to lead anything. Sky Knights. Cyclonians. They're all the same. It's tainted everything you've built. That means... your system's all rotten from the inside... with maggots crawling out. It all builds up... little by little, over time. You've got the common trash, all too dependent on being protected. And the brave guardians who created the trash that need coddling. It's a corrupt, vicious cycle. Everything I've witnessed... this whole system you've built has always rejected me. Now I'm ready to reject it. That's why I destroy. That's why I took this power for myself. Simple enough, yeah? I don't care if you don't understand...
Shigaraki then walks over to Ravess and Snipe and wraps his hands around their throats, leaving one finger lifted.
Shigaraki: As soon as all five of my fingers touch your neck, your throat will be the first thing that'll disintegrate! In a matter of seconds, you'll be nothing more than dust and powdered bones. And that's exactly what you'll be: nothing more than a pile of ash. And when it's all over, you'll all be forgotten.
In that moment, Ravess and Snipe were paralyzed by fear. They could do nothing as Shigaraki looked down on Ravess and Snipe with a sadistic smile on his face. He then has all fingers touching the throats of Ravess and Snipe. In an instant, Ravess and Snipe were being reduced to dust. Soon enough, both Ravess and Snipe were reduced to dust. When the killing was done, Shigaraki looked up at the ceiling of the Cyclonian Palace and began laughing. In that moment, Shigaraki had killed both Ravess and Snipe. The leaders of the Cyclonian Civil War were dead. Now all that was left for Shigaraki to do was to take control of the weakened Cyclonian Empire so that he may continue forward with All For One's plans for Atmos.
