I got ready a for work the next morning absolutely restless, I was tossing and turning all night just thinking of Gavis words "I can't just cut her off". They made me mad to think about but I tried my best to push them aside.
I got to the training center and went straight up to my office to get ahead on some paperwork. I still could believe how far Carla was taking things, but I could only hope they didn't get worse.
I finished the papers and went over to Victorias office.

"Hey" she said as I walked into her office.

"Hey "I smiled closing the door behind me.

"So, how'd it go with Gavi yesterday?" She asked as I sat down in a chair in front of her desk.

"Good I guess" I shrugged.

"I guess?" She said confused.

"Yeah, well it's a long story" I said.

"Go ahead I don't have anything to do" she said. I told her everything that happened last night, and she seemed upset.

"What?" I asked when I saw her face.

"Nothing just that he knows now that your being harassed, and he says "I can't just cut her off" I mean come on" she said shaking her head.

"Yeah, I know" I nodded.

"If she tries to get close to you, I will fucking-"she started but the door opened.

"Oh sorry, I can come back later" Pedri said leaning against the doorway.

"No, your fine, I was about to leave" I said giving a little smile to Victoria before getting up.

"Thanks" Pedri said in a whisper as I passed by him on my way out.

"You're welcome" I said whispered back. I went back to my office and sat in my chair. I looked out the window and watched the players as they ran across the field, as they passed the ball, But the only thing that I thought about was how I wanted Carla gone.
I turned back around into my desk and started to go through emails, I found an email from the DMV, they had accepted my request, and I had an appointment for next Friday. Next Friday is also the day victoria and I wanted to have the party, but I would rather get my license then go to another party.

This would make my life so much easier, no more spending money on Ubers just to go to work or getting rides from people, well at least if I pass.
I texted Victoria and told her and she said that we could still throw the party as a "yay you got your license" so I better pass or that would be embarrassing. As I was working on some paperwork, I started to get hungry, I noticed it was almost lunch, so I held it for the next 5 minutes. Soon it hit lunch, but it felt like forever while I waited. I went down to the cafeteria and got a wrap and water. I saw victoria who looked in an extra good mood.

"You look very happy" I said as she approached me.

"Well," she shrugged with a wide smile.

"Ew, no I don't want to know" I said making a face.

"Omg no" she said shaking her head "we didn't."

"Oh, okay good" I said relived I didn't have to hear about that.

She told me what happened and turns out that Pedri's parents want her to come over for dinner tomorrow night.
"That's great" I said mirroring the smile she had "they make great food" I added making her laugh.

"Hm, I love food" she said with a laugh.

"I know" I said making us laugh even more. But our laughs stopped when we saw Carla who was walking over to us.

"Look I said break up with him, and you told him what I've been saying to you so-" she started to say but Victoria got up "I'll give to 3 seconds to leave, or you face will be unrecognizable."
