"The flight is about to take off in 10 minutes."
I heard the speakers. It's the first time I'm leaving from Seoul. I'm going to live with my uncle in California. I always wanted to study abroad but if I'm being honest it's quite scary. How will people react when they see a Korean girl like me in California? Will they be nice or not? It's a long flight and I'm alone. I decided to sleep for a while but then woke up after 1 hour. I landed safely in the US and had to find my uncle. Everything was different though. Especially people. But they always say don't judge a book by it's cover so i just walked away and tried to find my uncle. When i saw him i felt happy and i ran up to him and hugged him tight.
"I missed you so much."
"I missed you too taeyang! Look at you you've grown into such a beautiful lady!"
"Enough with the complements uncle"
"Okay okay..So how do you feel to be here?"
"I don't know. Weird i guess but I'll get used to it. Should we head to your place?"
"Sure!"
And like that we got in my uncle's car and drove to his apartment.
