#6 Dizzy

It's early afternoon on a Thursday and Payu is at work ,he finds himself daydreaming, thinking of last week, when Rain surprised him with the mirrors. Smiling, he pulls out his phone, opening up photos, he scrolls through his pictures from the last few weeks. He stops on one where Rain is sitting on the kitchen counter, eating an apple, feet dangling. A few more down Rain is sleeping in their bed, his face is squished against the pillow, drooling a little. In another Rain is sitting at the kitchen table doing homework. His phone is filled with so many pictures of him.

Rain has surprised him so many times with things on the list in the last month. I think it's time for me to do something for him. For the next few hours he finds it difficult to concentrate on work, trying to figure out what he can do, going over the list in his mind endlessly.

Walking up to the back door of the house, Rain kicks off his shoes, goes inside, throws his backpack down on the kitchen counter and heads for the fridge for a bottle of water.

Brrrrr Brrrrrrr

Feeling his phone buzzing in his pocket, he pulls it out seeing "PUA". displayed on the screen
I wonder why he's calling

"Hi P', what's up?"

"Are you home from school yet?"

"Yup, I just walked in the door, why?"

" I was thinking...would you like to go to the movies tonight?"

"Really?, tonight?"

"I figured we could have a date night, and the theater won't be too full on a Thursday night, what do you think?"

"I think that I would love to P', what time?"

"Ok the movie starts at 7, I will buy tickets online, all I need you to do is get an outfit ready for me"

"Sure what are ya thinkin?" Rain bounces up and down with excitement.

"Grab my black jeans, the ones that are a little loose on me, and the black and white printed sweatshirt"

"Sure I can do that"

"Wait, also why don't you grab your black pants, the ones with the elastic waist and the black and white striped sweater"

"You mean like a couple's outfit?" Rain said excitedly "Really P'?"

"Umm yea, right, like a couples outfit, is that good, can you wear those?"

"Well what about my black jeans, like yours?"

"No no I like the way those other pants look on you, wear those"

"Ok, I'll get them out for us, what time will you be home?"

"Around 5, it'll give us enough time to shower and get ready"

Payu hangs up with Rain and starts to look for movie tickets, choosing the seats. Looks like this movie will be fairly empty. It's showing all the rows in the front and the top 3 rows are still empty with about 9 people scattered about in the middle rows. Perfect.

Showered and in their couple outfits, they check themselves in the mirror one last time, Rain takes out his phone and takes a picture of their refelction.

"This was a good idea P', we look good."

"Mmhm" Payu says grinning

Getting to the theater around 6:30, Rain rushes in the doors.

"Can we get popcorn?" Rain asks excitedly "Also why won't you tell me what the name of the movie is, why would it be a secret?"

"Yes to #1 and I just thought it would be more fun this way"
