Alright... these next three chapters are going to have a lot of things happen in them that I know you guys may or may not be happy with. We're reaching the climax of this world, so a lot of Major Character Deaths are going to happen. Throughout this final arc, a lot of named, important characters, are going to kick the bucket. Who, exactly? Well... that's for me to know, and for you to find out : )
I'll leave you all with this: Fate is something that cannot be avoided, for if fate decrees that something happens, it will happen.
So, without delaying any further, let's hop into my response to reviews/comments because I don't want this section to be too bloated. [Future me here, yeah, it's bloated]
[My Response to Reviews/Comments]
(Qoutev) TACO SENSEI: You'll get to see how Chinatsu reacts in this chapter. As for if Jolyne is going to majorly fuck up every world she goes to... that depends on your definition of fuck up. Just know this for the future: Any world that she goes to, the canon of that universe is going to be broken in some way, shape, or form because that's how crossovers SHOULD be. As for how badly? Well, again that depends on what your definition of "badly" is.
(Qoutev) JammyJam: Good. MUWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! FEAR ME, FOR YOUR FAVOURITE CHARACTERS FATES ARE IN MY HANDS! MUWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
(Ao3) ThatCatMan: Ah! I see. I mean, to be fair, it really is just a large slab of very refined, very sharp metal. Typically, they're called broadswords because... well, they are known to be very, well, broad. Also, Berserk, for as much as it's not my cup of tea, is good! You, my good person, have good taste (too bad I do not)
(Ao3) Blueishreader1: Neat username, first off. Second of all, unfortunately, I have not seen Teen Wolf. But, I have looked it up, and Werewolves are right up my alley. If I like it, then I'll add it to my list of potential worlds that Jolyne goes to. Though do be warned, the order of the appearance of the worlds is not up to me. I put that stuff up to vote (if you've read the author's notes at the beginning, you would know that). But, yeah. If I like what I see, then I'll add it to the list! Thank you for the suggestion!
Kolt999: Damn, dude, what the hell did your cat do to you to render your right hand unusable?! Jesus, you gotta be feeding that thing UBER steroids or something. I hope you get better soon (this is becoming a trend. I don't like it) and I hope your cat is all good, too. I'm not too well versed in the world of cats, as I'm more of a dog person. But, yeah, damn....
And damn again because you still left one of your colossal reviews anyway. Well, um... okay, let's go, I guess. Part of the reason why I wanted to go so hard on the scene with Monica was to show the difference between Canon!Monica and GOTM!Monica. The difference, in case it wasn't obvious, is that Canon!Monica would not have given a rat's ass, and or, if she did, it would be very subtle. With GOTM!Monica, the major difference between the two is that she actually has a soul, meaning that she can feel things like regret, and all that fun stuff. I will admit, I could've gone so much harder with it, but for the sake of myself (because I damn well near teared up writing that section) and for the sake of drawing out such a scene, I cut it where I did with Mr. Bland and Boring, aka Makoto.
On the topic of Junko having her own plans, yeah, most of them were kinda scrapped because of Jolyne's existence, but some things ordained by fate have to happen, and one of those things is Mitarai getting the shitty end of the stick. To be fair, I was originally going to make him an actual character, but then I looked at how many chapters the "tutorial" world had, and I went "Fuck, this is too bloated" and so I threw him into the "he existed in the background" pile of characters, much like Himiko, who was supposed to have a far bigger role then she had.
