James proposes to ste

Peris pov
Tonight James is going to propose to ste, I can't wait, James asked for mine and mums permission a few weeks ago. I'm planning on proposing to tom after Stephs birthday. I get up kiss tom, and get showered. I forgave him for what happened, Stephs teacher was in the wrong,  even though she dosent have a bad taste in men.  I come out the shower and get dressed, I hug Steph and head to work. As I'm walking to work I see Marnie and Sid having a chat, Marnie says " tonight's the night, don't worry James is already planning on making a bridesmaid". Me and Sid go into work and Sid looks at me at me and says " so when are you going to propose to tom?". I look,at him and say " after Stephs birthday, I still can't t quite believe she's going to be eight next month". He says " I know she's growing up so fast, she's already inheriting yours and toms best traits and she'll be an incredible woman one day, just don't cry at her wedding ". I laugh and say " no promises, especially when it comes to her wedding, me and tom will both be a mess".

TOMS pov
I'm at work right now, Leah and Demarcus are babysitting Steph, I'm so glad peri wasn't mad at me for what happened with Stephs teacher. She was out of order and completely inappropriate, im going to make a complaint to the school about her. I'm quite excited for tonight, I know ste is going to say yes, I see Charlie approach me and he says, " hey, how are you felling after Stephs teacher came onto you".  I say " fuming, she knew exactly what she was doing and still done it, to call peri ugly and deliberately push Steph over aswell is just to far". Later my shift is finished , I head back to mine and get dressed, as I put my shirt on, peri comes in and says " oh sorry". I look at her and say " don't worry it's nothing you haven't already seen". Later we go to the dog for the proposal. When everyone is in James takes the microphone and says " so I don't normally do this but it's a special occasion hopefully so Steven hay, I love you so much, will you marry me". Ste tearfully says " yes of course I will", they kiss and we all congratulate them, peri is made a bridesmaid which she is happy about".
