The story takes place after Tai lung was defeated
The sound of the morning bell woke up the five of them just like every day but this time he didn't come out of his room Right away Tigress opened the door to the panda's room because she lived across the street from him but just as she was about to yell at him to get up her eyes saw an empty room without the panda which was strange because he usually slept like a dead man, she decided not to look for him and went with the others to the kitchen to their surprise Po was already there cooking something new until he said
Po: happy Valentine's Day!!!
Everyone except the tigress was slightly surprised since Po was getting up so soon for such a holiday

Tigress didn't have to search long to find out who had written it, she immediately realized it was Po and felt silly that he had given her a valentine and she hasn't, but she could change that quickly took the paper and ink and started trying to make her first valentine ever, strangely enough Tigress could feel herself smiling while making it fortunately no one saw her until she finished the valentine for Po and immediately tried to stop smiling so no one would see her then she left quietly out of the room and quietly opened the door to Po's room, who was having his afternoon nap luckily Tigress was a master of stealth just like Shifu so she slowly went inside and put the valentine's card by the figurine table Po knew she'd find it there but as she was leaving she suddenly froze as Po accidentally started talking about dumplings in his sleep luckily Tigress kept her cool and left his room without making a sound
When Po woke up he immediately noticed a Valentine's Day card he was surprised but after a while he grabbed the card and started reading
, "Dear Po you are the best fighter I have ever seen you always smile and try to help everyone you have a very good heart, never change because I love you for it"

Po was shocked or did Tigress just write him that she loved him!!!?
He was in shock and kept looking at the note until he was awakened from his trance by the voice of a monkey who screamed
Monkey: PO ARE YOU GOING!?
PO: I'M GOING!!!
Po hid the valentine under his bed after which he left the room.
