I look into your starry eyes,
And feel the notion deep within,
See your thoughts and hopes and dreams.
Sense the coming sin.
Watching the night as it’s summoned away,
The castle walls await ten foot tall,
High morals, values, rules and beliefs
Ring a bell, in my head, as I stall.
He, the knight, drifts off into the night.
Following his notion deep within.
Finding his thoughts and hopes and dreams,
I did not belong in his sin.
