It was the first time I saw those eyes.
Enchanted and mesmerized,
As our hands touched in mere seconds,
I was electrified,
My heart beat like drums.
Louder and louder it conquers,
As your stare scanned me from head to toe,
I murmured words to stop my heart from pounding.
It was the start and the end of our one-minute encounter.
