All the worlds a stage,
And all the men and women are merely pawns
A single piece of ebony China in a chess game.
One man is his life plays many parts
Though some more than others...
First comes the baby
Innocent and small, with a heart of gold.
Laying in his mothers firm hold.
Second the pupil.
Dragging his feet to school
In for hardship, memories and glee,
Third the teen.
Blessed with ignorance and stubborn determination.
Waking from slumber at mid -day,
And out till dawn.
Then the young adult.
Independence at his fingertips.
Youth in his stride.
Computer in his hand.
After that the mid life cris.
Where one splashes out and takes up golf.
But last the elder,
Wise in judgement and still young at heart
Gardening his passion.
Tea in a healthy dose.
Till the day it comes to part!
Sans teeth, Sans eyes, Sans taste, Sans everything
