"Ariana, I'm so sorry baby girl." Stephanie said softly, with her arms wrapped around Ariana. "Are you going to be okay?" She asked.
"Yeah, I'm going to be fine I guess." Ariana wiped her face. "I have to sit next to him in English today.." Ariana sighed. She didn't want to speak to him, nor see him. They had assigned seats next to each other, and it was their only class together. Mrs. Dye knew that they were together, every one did. But now they don't know that they have broken up.
"Well, I wish you luck. Let me know if anything happens. I'm not letting that asshole hurt you ever again." Stephanie growled, then walked to her class.
Stephanie was Ariana's best friend. She was there for her through thick and thin. No matter the circumstance.Ariana took a deep long breath before she walked into her English class. She was nervous, and scared. She didn't even know why. She set her books down on her desk and sat in the chair beside Justin, who was talking to his friends. She had no expression on her face whatsoever. She felt destroyed, and hurt.
She was done with everyone at that school.
She blamed everyone for the break up.Why?
Is that what you ask?
Well, it's simply because everyone was in Justin in Ariana's business. No one would buzz off. For example..
~ FLASHBACK ~
"Hey donovan, can you hand me that dictionary?" Ariana asked sweetly.
"Of course." Donovan picked the dictionary up off of the shelf and handed it to Ariana.
"Ooooooo. Ariana likes Donovan."
Ariana turned around to see Jonathan, her friend. "You like him." Jonathan teased. Jonathan would do this almost every time Ariana would talk to a boy. Even if she was just friends with the boy, people would assume that Ariana was flirting and cheating on Justin.
Ariana turned red. The fact that Justin was sitting right there when the teasing was on, made her mad. "How are you going to tell me who I like?" Ariana spat. "You know that I'm in a relationship."
"Yeah, leave her alone." Donovan defended Ariana. Donovan was one of Ariana's good friends. He understood what she was going through. Ariana was mad not only because she was getting teased, but because Justin had trust issues. And if he heard any of that stuff, he believed it right away.
~ FLASHBACK #2 ~
"Hey Paul, Qrystian, and Evan." Ariana sat at their table in tech ed class. They greeted her back then resumed talking about some dirty things.
"Hey Ariana, can you wipe this saw dust off my balls please?" Evan teased with a smirk on his face.
"No Evan." Ariana rolled her eyes.
"Hey Paul, Qrystian. She just wiped saw dust off my balls." Evan lied.
"Oooooooo. I'm telling Justin." Paul laughed.
"What? No! I didn't even touch him! I swear!" Ariana threw her hands in the air.
"I'm telling Justin that you were flirting with Evan." Qrystian said.
"Stop! It's not funny! He actually believes that stuff! Stop it!" Ariana said sternly, but she knew they wouldn't listen.
~ END OF FLASHBACKS ~
There was so much more bullshit like that said about her around school. She was fed up with it. She wasn't going to go off on then though, she was just going to stay lowkey disappointed.
"Alright everyone, open your novels to page 18 and do the work in your packets." Mrs.Dye said to the class. Ariana was glad today in class was just a work day, she did not want to participate in any type of group work with Justin.
It was silent. She didn't say a word to him, nor looked at him. On the other hand, he looked at her. He knew that she was upset. He was hurt too. But, there was so much for him to say to her, but it couldn't come out. Not now at least.
