Poe's pov
Today was a nice day, me and Ranpo were out shopping for candy for Ranpo but of course because I don't really go shopping like that to be honest I only really go to the store if Ranpo invites me to tag along with him. Once they got to Ranpo's favorite candy store he was already gone out of my sight in a flash even though he just walked away from me then I looked around "Ranpo?..Where have you ran off to.." I sighed and went to find him. This shop was big so it was going to be a pain finding him but luckily I found him surprisingly it didn't take long and I was glad about that, soon he was done picking out the candy he wanted and put it on the counter and the cashier starter ringing up the total and when she was done I paid for all the candy he bought which wasn't that much. I liked Ranpo a lot but I was always so nervous to ask him but seeing him so happy makes me happy and his smile just makes me so happy to just be next to him even though he's my rival it doesn't really seem like it in my opinion as I was thinking I heard someone shouting my name "Poe! Poe! Poe! POEEEE!" He kept on repeating until I snapped out of my thoughts "Uh..yes Ranpo?" I looked at him "Would you like some?" "Ah no..I'm not that into sweets at the moment." "If you say so" He continued to eat his sweets until we reached the agency "Welp it was nice hanging out with you Poe I had a great time" "Me too" Ranpo waved to me as he went back to the agency to finish his work then I simply walked home to go finish writing another novel for Ranpo.
