That night...that night was the only moment of my life when I thought I wasn't alone in that dangerous world... I was there, liing on the ground hith that demon embracing me. It was a simple strange thing but for me it didn't matter how it was...it was important the fact that he was there when all my family and friends were in Heaven despite he killed them. In that night I didn't sleep. All I could do is to look at him, at his perfect body, at his proeminent venes...I could feel his heal entering into my body and starting boiling my blood slowly...so slowly that I whispered every time my temperature grew up with 1 degree: "Agh..." Then I closed my eyes again and took a big deep breathe. I tried to sleep, it's true but I was scared...I always thought if I sleep he wouldn't be there when I'll wake up so I reopened my eyes but this time it was different. In front of me I saw his dark red eyes staring at me. At first I thought he was asleep with his eyes opened then I realised he was really staring at me.

"What's with the eyes?" I whispered slowly still looking at his face.

"I'm nervous." he said simply then he closed his eyes and reopened them. Then, their colour was dark brown like usualy. "Go back to sleep."

"I can't sleep..." I said. "Don't ask me why, I can't say..."

"Jane, erase that from your mind. It won't be, trust me..." he said then he stood up.

"I can't James...you burned my mind.."

"We made a promise. Do you want me to go again? Choose: a friendship ore lonelyness." he said. God, he was so strict in that moment...

"Ok, ok, I'll go to sleep, I'll try to forget, I'll try to keep the promise..." I said quickly the I raised my right hand to him: "But please don't go away..."

He sat down again next to me. He looket at my face and realised I was sad because of the promise or because the fact he could go in every second of his life so he said:

"The night isn't over..." he said then he embraced me again and his heal entered into my body.

I smiled and I closed my eyes, trying to sleep like I promissed and I whispered: "Thank you my friend.."

When I woke up the first thing I wanted to do is to searc for Madness. I opened my eyes and I looked next to me. He wasn't there anymore. I stood up and looked into the room. No Madness there. I took a deep breath then I decided to keep the promise. And after all he was a demon, he killed my family, my friends and he almost killed me!Why the fuck should I love him? Ah, that's it! I don't love him, I never loved him. He was the one who said he loved me. Maybe I have to tell him and leave. But how? God, this fuckin' story is a mess! I have to tell him, I have to!

I started to move in the building searching for Madness. I went in a room which I thought is a kitchen and I saw him drinking from a bottle of blood. I went next to something which seemed to be a cup-board and I searched for food. I reached nothing.

"Do you have food in here?" I asked him with a cold voice.

He turned around and looked at me like he didn't understand what I just said.

"What?" he said.

"Well, excuse me if I'm a human and I'm hungry!" I said.

"Aagh!" he exclamed "Well, no but...wait here." he said then he dissappeared.

He returned after 2 minutes with 2 eggs and some bacon. He put them in a sausagepan and prepared me a quick breakfast.

"Do you know how to cook?" I asked surprised. "How?"

"Well, I was a human too. I know more than you can imagine..." he said then he gave me the plate.

I ate my breakfast then I Took a deep breath and went next to Madness. I had to tell him what I thpught about that story.

"Aa...James...I mean Madness, I have to tell you something." I said

He looked at me with his brown eyes like he thought I'd say something really important.

"What is is?''

"It's what I think about this, about this fuckin' story. Last night I thinked about it and now i realised. You know we made a promise right?'

"Yes...and?"

"And we didn't need to. Maybe you love me but I don't. Really. I'm sorry for you, I don't know what was in my mind but I can't.After all I think I preety much hate you because of what you did to my family." I said with a cold voice.

He stared at me for 5 seconds then his eyes became red and he started to laugh loudly.

"What's so fummy?" I shouted. "You laugh because I hate you! What's the matter with you?!"

"The fact that you're so stupid!" he said then he started to laugh again. "It was just a tinny little trap! And you fell in it!"

"What did you just say? What trip? I didn't fell in anything!" I said.

"Stupid girl! I'm a demon, that's my curse, I can't love!" he saughed.

"You mean you cheated me?!" I shouted. "It's impossible! You...you kissed me!"

"Yep that's it. Oh please honey, you knew it from the begining."

'WHAT THE FUCK IT'S WRONG WITH YOU?!" I screamed. "You're horrible! You're irretrievable! I hate you!" I shouted then I left Madnes's house.

He went next to a window and waved goodbye saying:

"Dye Jane...You chose to ruin."

I was running through a forest. I couldn't believe he made this to me! When he said he loved me it was real, the kiss was more real and the promise was the most real. But fuck it, forget about him. I gotta go at someone who can transform me then I can ruin Madness's life forever. While I was running on the solid ground I heard something jumping from a tree to another. I ran faster and that person was following me. Suddenly he jumped in front of me and I stopped and moved back.

"Well hello sweet thing..." said the man with a mischievous smile on his face. "What are you doing here, alone, in a forest?"

"Who....who are you?!" I screamed. "And I'm fine thanks. Why are you following me?!"

"Oh, I scared yoou?" he said with a cold voice still smilling like that. "I didn't want. Excuse my rudeness, love."

"I'm Jane, stop calling me love or honey or sweetie or doll or nothing!" I screamed.

"Well Jane, you seem to be angry and upset..." He said and he came in a half of a second next to me. "Tell me about it..."

I moved back again and I whispered:

"You're a.---" I started to say the he continued.

"...vampire?" he asked. "Well, yes I am. I'm Jase by the way." he said.

I stared at him one second then I went next to him and said:

"Jase, transform me."

"Whoa, what?" he laughed amazed. "You don't know me at all, you're brave Jane. But I won't do it. You know, it's just like a drog. It ruins your life. And perhaps Madness won't let you do it..." He said smiling mischievous again. I looked at him. His eyes were red, his skin was white, his hair was dark and his sharp fangs were begging me to say again "Transform me". I moved back and stared at him.

"How do you know about Madness?" I said.

"I can read minds..."

"Well, then you know I hate him and you know what he did to me. I want a revench. Can you help me? Please..."

"I have mercy, not like your Madness so...yes I'll do it. I'll help you." he said.

I don't know why but I hugged him tight and I whispered: "Thank you"

He pushed me back and he said: "Take it easy...now come."

I followed Jase untill we reached a small house. It looked like a ruin.

"Get in." he said.

I went inand I sat on a bed. That was the time when I'll be transformed into a vampire. I wondered if it will hurt me. Madness didn't tell me that. Then I can ruin his life, I can destroy him like he did with my family, with my friends and with me. He's going to discover how's like to broke a heart...
