Being the hero isn't as great as everyone makes it out to be.. its really sad and painful.. sometimes the people cant be saved or they get killed during a fight and I have to be the person who has to tell the family, its worse when its a child having to watch there parents cry hurts so bad, and don't get me  started on how it impacts me, everyone assumes I magically heal myself.. in short I hate my job the only reason I do it is because it helps people and pays well,

I walk outside of my apartment and see the scene cleaners  they hate my guts, if I weren't a well known hero they'd kill me themselves, I still like them though they can be nice, "APOLLOOOOOO" I heard a voice yell "Hey Cassidy" I said turning my head to look at my friend "Where are you going?" She giggled "The head-quarters why?" I asked "Welll I'm messaging this really cute girl and I need some help" She said pulling out her phone "Is this outfit cute?" she questioned "Hmm maybe with a white skirt instead of the pink one?" I said as we got to the entrance  "Ooo I'll do that thanks Apollo! C'ya!" Cassidy yelled as they waved to me I laughed to myself as a slid my card through the card thing.

"Moring Apollo" The Receptionist smiled "Morning Wendy, Got anything for me to do today?" I asked walking to her "Hmm nope! just your patrol with a new guy  Andrew?" She spoke happily handing me a piece of paper that has info about the guy,  "So he's around my age? Cool," I said reading some more 'Huh is ability seem pretty cool' I thought to myself while waving bye to Wendy, I got to my floor and went to unlock my office when I noticed it was unlocked 'What on earth's I questioned I remembered locking it yesterday? I opened it to see the new guy sat in the chair in front of my desk, "Hello! Apollo right?" They said standing up and shaking my hand "Yes, how'd you get in here" I asked sitting in my sweet and putting his info sheet in my desk "Oh the lovely lady down stairs gave me a key, of course I'm not cruel enough to keep it so I put it on your table" they smiled brightly.. "I see well I go onto patrol at 1PM does that work with you? I also have a certain pattern I work in." I said calmly "Mhm! Could you show me where I'm supposed to be? I was never told" they laughed awkwardly "Well I wouldn't know but if you ask Wendy I'm sure she'll know," I smiled as I got more comfortable with my new partner, "Excellent! I'll see you at 1?" They said while standing up I nodded my head and waved goodbye, now for a background check.. Don't get me wrong they're nice it's just usually I'm told straight away when we have new hero's.. "Hey Apollo-" I head a voice say "Oh yeah Karl what do you need?" I asked looking up from my      computer "Who's the new guy?" They asked "They're name is Andrew, they're files say they used to live in America moved here a couple years ago.. it doesn't say anything about what hero training group they where in though.."  I said rereading Andrews info sheet, Karl just gave a nod and headed off back to they're office, It did surprise me that his indo sheet didn't include what hero group he was in that's kinda important... he has to of went to one to be able to become a hero. Everyone knows that or they wouldn't have gotten a pass to use there ability's  like hero's can? Hmm I'll have to get there card when we are on patrol today..

Andrews POV:

I was in my new office it was really nice! and modern, heroes do get a lot of money especially  there headquarters. I hear my phone ringing, "Hello Hello!" I responded, "Hey how is everything doing so far?" The voice asked "Its going great! I met the person I am going on patrol with they are really kind! Seemed stressed though.." I said worried for my new partner, "A hero's job is really stressful that's why I didn't want you going" He spoke softly, kind of mumbling the last bit " Awhh you care about meee" I laughed as  I heard him sigh in an annoyed way "Alright Alright, well I better get going, C'ya!" I said hanging up
