[Chapter 4]

I start looking around wandering the place by myself since everybody got busy with something and eventually I find a library and I walk inside before I notice my tail wagging so I run over to the nearest shelf looking through some books before I steal a few and go over to sit in a small chair nearby and I just spend most of the rest of the day reading. At some point I must have passed out because the next thing I know I wake up while being carried by somebody and I glance up before Noticing Zaiden's face and I just pretend to still be asleep. Why would he carry me?? Why not get somebody else to do it?? Pretending to be asleep I guess was a pain, since I passed out again anyway 5 seconds later. When I wake up again I'm in a massive room and for a moment I panic before remembering where I am. I sigh before I hear the door opening making me flinch slightly from how loud it is. 'Sorry- didn't mean to scare you, Breakfast is downstairs when you're ready.' Tannar pokes his head in before leaving again and I sigh before getting up and realising my clothes feel different. I look down before realizing my clothes ARE different and I start to internally panic. Was it a guy?? That'd be terrifying I'm literally half gay! Then again I don't want a girl near me either! I get a shiver down my spine thinking about it before I go over to look for my things and I find them already packed out in a closet so I grab some things and get dressed before running downstairs stopping at the stairs to contemplate sliding down the railing like a five year old... Of course I had no other choice and when I get downstairs I jump down with a child following close behind nearly falling off but I catch him. 'Malikai right?' 'Yip!' He giggles while I put him down and look up to see Zaiden Glaring at me. 'Heh..' 'and what if you get hurt doing that?? I already warned you against it Malikai, you should know better. Ash as for you. Quit it before You get hurt.' 'Ye-Yes sir..' not long after I hear someone else behind us before Lizzy comes sliding down the railing too and I try not to laugh. 'Really?? Y'know what? Fine you get hurt, You get hurt. I'm over trying to warn you guys!' We all eventually head over to a big table where there's more than enough sitting room for a village, at least.. From my point of view. I just choose a spot pretty far from where I assumed the others would sit before I hear Zaiden calling my name. 'Hm? Is.. Is somebody already sitting here-? I'm sorry if I-' 'No no.. I want you sitting next to me.' I stare at him for a moment before he smiles at me. That damn smile.. it does something to me I swear. 'I just have a feeling you'd be more comfortable and I don't want you sitting alone.' I move closer and go sit next to him before Minx jumps onto my lap. 'Minx.. You have to have manners here.' I put her back down on the floor before I notice Nora flopping down on the floor and Minx walking over laying against her. 'Minx.. I didn't know you were a lesbian.' I hear Minx purring which confirms my suspicion since I know Minx knows exactly what I'm saying. I shake my head at her before I look back at Zaiden. 'Alright so, where is the kitchen? I wanna go help make food.' 'Well.. about that..' when everybody is finally sitting a few people walk over holding the food and Zaiden sighs. 'It was my parents' Idea.' I shake my head. 'I see. You have a lot of money don't you??' 'Are you just now realizing that??' 'No..just not.. used to it.. Can I actually skip breakfast-?' 'No! You can't skip breakfast..' I hear Tannar pitching up. 'I don't usually eat breakfast is all-' 'oh my gods it's a second Zaiden You guys.' 'I-..' Zaiden knocks his hand on the table making everybody stare at him and making me flinch. 'Leave him alone, If he doesn't want breakfast he doesn't want breakfast...' 'Are.. You okay Zaiden..?' I mumble before he looks over at me taking a breath. 'I'm just.. thinking.' 'That's dangerous..' Mike comments before he gets a nasty Glare from Zaiden. I quietly excuse myself before heading up to my room again with Minx following closely behind. What is it about Zaiden!? I'm so scared of him yet.. I feel so safe around him.. Can I make up my mind...!? At some point I hear a knocking on the door before Zaiden walks in. 'Sorry about the others.. just ignore them..' 'No it's alright they don't bother me.. It's.. uhm.. understandable-' Zaiden starts walking over to me making me slightly go stiff before he takes my hand staring at it. 'You're shaking.. Maybe you should eat..' 'No, no I'm fine really. I usually don't eat in the mornings.' 'That doesn't mean it's okay.. At least eat something..' Zaiden looks to think for a moment before perking his ears up. 'He didn't tell you to lose weight did he??' 'Wh- Who?' 'That producer guy.' 'I... Uhm.. would you believe me if I said no..?' 'No.. not really.' Zaiden suddenly starts walking out of the room still holding my hand and dragging me along. 'I- Oi! Lemme go!' Zaiden ignores me before he leads me back over to the table making me sit down where everybody starts staring and I try to hide myself in my tiny jacket collar which, of course doesn't work.. 'Please.. eat something, even if it's just an apple or something..' 'Fine.. fine..' I sigh before staring at the food lowering my ears before I notice a hand reaching over to something and handing it to me. 'Here Ash.. The eggs and toast is lighter on your stomach.' I look over at the plate as Clide puts it down in front of me before looking over at Zaiden and they Share a look before I stare down at the plate sighing before I finally try eating. I'm surprised as I get pretty far before I start to feel nauseous and stop eating. 'Can I go now?' 'Sure, But let someone go with you.' 'What- Why??' I stare annoyed at Zaiden before I see a hand move closer and Clide puts it on my shoulder. 'I'll come with you. I'll go with him..' He looks over at Zaiden who nods thanking him and I sigh running upstairs with Clide not far behind and I get to my room flopping in my bed. 'Everything okay..?' 'Yeah yeah. Just.. nauseous...' 'Alright, just try to lay still for a bit I'll text Zaiden to bring you some water.' 'Thanks..' I stare at the ceiling for a bit before I seriously can't hold it anymore and run to the bathroom. Well if it wasn't obvious I'm sick before It will be now.. When I get back out of the bathroom Clide holds out a glass of water to me. 'Here.. It'll help.. I was hoping the eggs and toast would be light enough it usually works for Zaiden..' 'For Zaiden..? Does he..-?' 'He used to.. he's really self-conscious because of most of those producers and Photographers. Luckily his dad is always by his side standing up for him.' 'Oh.. I see..' I take the glass of water and sit back down on the bed. 'Do you at least eat throughout the day..?' 'Yeah.. at night but that's it..' 'As long as you're not starving yourself completely..' 'No.. no I'm not.. I just eat so I don't die..' 'So.. you know the danger your getting yourself into?' 'Yeah.. I did my research and Asked a doctor about it though it still doesn't feel like it's working..' 'Ash.. you stop losing weight when you run out of weight to lose..Trust me you don't want to be there, even though it looks like you're not losing the weight trust me a scale does not lie. How much do you weigh anyway..? If you don't mind..?' 'I think.. 60Kg..?' (132.277 pounds) 'Since when..?' 'Since.. Maybe I guess a few months ago..' 'Alright.. I guess we'll work on it okay?' I nod leaning down with my head in my hands before Clide leaves the room and I stare down at minx who's judging me. 'What??' Minx just meows before Pawing at the glass of water. 'Yeah yeah,' I take a sip of the water before putting it down and picking minx up rubbing her belly avoiding her stiches. After a bit Zaiden comes over knocking on the door before walking in. 'You busy?' 'Nah.. Not really.' Minx is officially asleep in my arms and I hold her slightly up so Zaiden can pet her, which he does as he sits down beside me on the bed and Nora walks over sitting down. 'I'm sorry for scaring you..' 'Scaring me..?' I slightly tilt my head as he nods. 'When I slammed the table. I was uhm.. Thinking.. And frustrated..' I look down while he pets minx when I notice small pitches from old healing wounds. 'Do you box..?' 'Huh?' 'Your hands.' 'Oh, no that's a result of my frustration.' 'Oh- You.. Punch.. people then?' 'No, Walls.' 'What'd the walls ever do to you..? I know they're probably thin and with all the couples around it's probably frustrating but c'mon.. They're just living.' I hear Zaiden chuckle before he looks over at me. 'Not really even close but, It's better than breaking someone's Jaw.' 'Oh! Like when you got so pissed at Nate..' 'I- Yeah, Basically but Luckily I didn't break his jaw... Yet.' 'Alright then...' The room falls slightly quiet as Zaiden leans over to say something but he holds back. I don't pry at it and leave him be until he finally speaks again. 'Do you.. Prefer modeling or dancing?' 'Kinda both.. I can't really choose.. I would hate to give up either one but if I had to I'd give up the modeling I guess..' 'What if you came with me to Model?' 'With- With you??' 'Yeah, Be like.. My side chick I guess you can call it for modeling.' 'If I'm your side chick who's the girlfriend, or wife?' 'I- Fair point, What's the word for it I forgot??' 'You mean you right hand man?' 'Or sidekick.' 'Or assistant.' We both laugh before he messes up my hair. 'Are you just testing my intelligence?' I joke before He stares at me. 'Maybe, I also just actually forgot.' Not long after me and Zaiden actually started having a conversation we hear Malikai running down the hallway and Zaiden excuses himself jumping up and I follow putting minx down on my pillow. 'Malikai! No! No running on the floors with socks you're going to fall!' I watch as Zaiden slightly Panics while Malikai slides down the hall screaming laughing with Freya not far in tow. Eventually Malikai comes by again before I reach out snatching him. 'Bet you didn't expect me to catch ya huh??' 'Lemme go! I was having fun!' 'You can have fun with other things. But this is dangerous. You might give your father a heart attack.' 'Fine, Can you play with me then??' 'Sure, It just depends if it's safe or not.' 'Water guns!!' 'If you're going to play with Water guns play outside okay??' Zaiden walks over messing up Malikai's hair. 'And be careful of the pool!' I put Malikai down before he leads me in the direction of a door heading outside to a pool area. 'That is the.. coolest pool I have ever seen..' 'Eh, It's okay, Now c'mon!' Malikai runs off before coming back Handing me the water gun and we start playing and messing around for a good while. Eventually after we got bored of water guns we played jump rope before I helped Malikai swim around for a while, until eventually I notice Zaiden staring at us. 'If you two are done playing Dinner is nearly ready.' 'Aw already!?' Me and Malikai copy each other staring at Zaiden before he sighs walking off and I jumps out helping Malikai out and wrapping a towel around him to trap him in a hug and I start tickling him profusely. 'Say uncle!' 'Okay okay! Uncle!' I finally let him go before he runs off inside and I grab a towel drying myself off before realizing I still had my T-shirt on. 'Welp, It's going to soak the floor if I keep it on..' I take it off hanging it over a chair before wrapping the towel around my shoulders walking inside before I look at Zaiden who's trying to calm Malikai who somehow still has energy after playing for almost six hours straight. I pass them to get to my room before I hear Malikai yelling for me and I turn to face him. 'Malikai no!' 'Do you Like my dad??' 'I- Malikai-' 'Malikai that is not appropriate to ask!' 'Why? Because he's half naked now??' 'No Malikai-' I start to cut out before covering my face with the towel. Do I like him!? I dunno.. There's no way.. 'I'm.. I'm just going to go get dressed and shower.. Well, Shower and then get dressed it'd be stupid if I get dressed first- I'm just going to go-' I quickly shuffle away before Walking over to my room Facepalming both internally and externally. 'I'm going to go get dressed then shower!? What is wrong with me!? I don't like him do I!? He's a fucking popular model.. Even if I did like him he hired me as a dancer not a Boyfriend and I am not about to be somebody's sugar baby. I sigh before Taking a shower to calm down and I get dressed before I make my way back down stairs before I go to sit down in the empty seat beside Zaiden. All of a sudden everybody's eyes are on me. I pull my ears down trying to ignore it before I hear Zaiden clearing his throat. 'Can we please refrain from staring at Ash? It's rude.' Everybody suddenly looks away before I look over at Malikai who's coloring in a picture book and he glances up at me before smiling evilly at me with his adorable smile. Why would he have even asked me that in the first place..?
