Here are the steps to reduce weight and gain confidence :
1. Exercise everyday. Make sure it is more than an hour or two hours.
2. Eat Go, Grow, and Glow foods. And make sure the foods are fresh.
3. In eating breakfast, you should eat big. In lunch, eat medium. In dinner, eat small.
4. Not just exercise, but think stuff, laugh, play sports, and drive a bike, that burns your calories.
5. When dieting, you will only have a snack. But in your snack, make sure the food/s is/are healthy, has only a few calories, sugar, and fats and you only have to eat a small amount of food.
6. Make sure plenty of sweat comes out from your body.
7. Join a Dance Club/ Workshop that makes your weight reduce the best.
8. Make sure you are serious when you do the steps.
