(THIS CHAPTER WILL CONTAIN: Bullying, abuse, Cursing, and Slurs!)Spades pov:
"Ugh" I groan as I walk to my next class. I hate school, the people here suck ass and home is not much better. I always have this weird feeling that someone is watching me whenever I'm in my room alone. My parents suck. My dads a drunk and my mom? Well she's never really there. She's always on these "business trips". Which I know is just an excuse to get away from my shit of a father and hook up with some immature young dudes. My siblings are fine I guess but they moved out as soon as they turned 18. The only reason they ever come visit is to see me which is nice, I guess.The bell rang, I collected my stuff from my desk, got up, and walked to the door. As soon as I got into the hallway I- "ugh" I groan as I fall, all the stuff that was once in my hands now on the floor. I sigh as I reach out to pick up my stuff. I feel my shirt get tugged on and I start rising from off the ground. I look up to see- oh god. "What do you want, Austin?"
"Shut up FAG!" That word I can't stand it. I've been called that slur ever since I entered sixth grade. I'm in my junior year now and they still have the nerve to call me it. That word has basically been engraved into my name. It's used so often to describe me. I sigh and try to squirm out of his grip but he wouldn't let go. "God damn it let go of me Austin!"
"Didn't I tell you to shut up you little FAGGOT!?" I clench my fist and groan in irritation. "I said let me go, you moron!" I shout squirming around still trying to loosen his grip.
"ME the moron yeah fuck no!" Austin said as he roughly punched me in the face with his free hand. I groan in slight pain as I feel something wet drip down from my nose to my chin. 'God damn he gave me another bloody nose.'
~~~~~~~
I sit up with a groan as I rub my sore head. I look around to see the hall's empty School ended a while ago but I couldn't leave cause I was knocked out.
It was now 6:48. I was walking home. I felt like shit I feel more blood dripping down from my nose and I quickly wiped it away as I walked up to the front door of my house not wanting anyone to notice. I put my hood over my head and looked down as I unlocked the front door. I walked inside, shutting the door behind me and looked around to see some chicken on the kitchen counter. I went over to the food and felt it. "Haa" I sigh. It was cold, of course. I'm not hungry anyways. I roll my eyes, turning on my heel.I walk through the living room to get to the stairs. I hear footsteps and I freeze in my tracks as I look up anxiously. I sigh realizing it was just my older sister and look back down to the floor. "Wait what!?"
"Huh, you alright bud?" I look up in slight shock my sister hasn't come to visit in almost six months! I missed her but I mean why did she decide to come back after so long? Whatever, I don't care. I think as I walk over to my sister and embrace her in a hug she hugs me back and after a quick minute, she lets go.
"I missed you, buddy," she says with a happy tone of voice which I assumed meant she was smiling but I couldn't tell cause I was still looking down at the floor. "Why are you just looking at the floor? Could you look up at me bud?" she says in a loving worried tone that made me flinch. I'm not used to people talking to me with such a voice.
"Please look at me, Spade." She said in a more stern but still gentle voice lightly placing her hand on my shoulder. I tightened my eyes closed and looked up at her she looked and me with an angry yet worried look. "Bud ya gotta tell me why you're all beat up."
"You remember Austin?" she nodded her head yes with an angry expression. "Well, he still hasn't stopped fucking with me. I swear I didn't want to fight! But I did and he just beat me until I was on the floor knocked out."
