The bright morning sun woke me up before my alarm could and I'm kinda glad it did. I think if I heard that annoying sound again, I'm going to need a new alarm clock. Ain't kidding, I hate the sound of that thing, Seriously.
I sighed hopping down from the bed and fitting my leg into my pink bunny slippers. I then made my way into the bathroom not bothering to look at the time. I walked to the sink and stared at my self in the mirror of my mirror cabinet just above the sink.
After I finished hating my hair and looks, I brushed my teeth, took my bath, washed my hair then left the bathroom and changed into something fairly okay for school. I grabbed my backpack and stuffed everything I'll need for school into the backpack including my phone, right after I texted my mum and dad a brief good morning.
They're not with me. My mom who's a famous fashion designer and my dad who works at top notch law firm, both stay in San Francisco which is approximately 2,910 miles from where I am, which is in Brooklyn ( I know I'm a nerd), so we talk by text or call, anyone they are in the mood for.
"Hey Mr. Snuggles." I cooed picking up the white teddy bear on my nightstand.
I know what your thinking, what's an 17 year old girl during with a teddy bear? When I was kid, we moved around a lot, so I never really had a chance to actually have friends, ever, then my mom got me Mr. Snuggles when I was six and he's been my best friend ever since. My mom insisted I took him with me as I was coming here so I won't be so home sick.
I sighed and dropped him back on the night stand. Yes it's a he.
"I'll see you later Mr. Snuggles." I grabbed my backpack and ran out of my room, downstairs and out of the door, just as the bus came to a stop, a distance away. I quickly locked the door and stuffed my keys into the pocket of my backpack. I then ran up to the bus entering inside and as usual it's half empty.
I made my way to the back of the bus and sat down dropping my backpack on the space beside me and turning my attention out the window.
