Episode 1: Inheritance

EXT. MANSION - DAY

We see a grand mansion with a large gate at the entrance. A black sedan pulls up to the gate and stops. The driver steps out and opens the door for KO MUN YEONG, a beautiful and confident woman in her mid-twenties. She is dressed in a fashionable outfit, with a leather jacket and boots.

MUN YEONG: (to the driver) Wait here.

Mun Yeong strides up to the gate and rings the doorbell. A housekeeper opens the door.

HOUSEKEEPER: Good afternoon, miss. How may I assist you?

MUN YEONG: (calmly) I am Ko Mun Yeong. I am here to see my father.

HOUSEKEEPER: I'm sorry, but Mr. Ko passed away a few days ago.

Mun Yeong remains unfazed by the news.

MUN YEONG: (determined) I see. I need to take care of some business matters.

The housekeeper leads Mun Yeong to her father's study. The room is filled with books and papers, and there is a sense of disarray.

MUN YEONG: (detached) What is all of this?

HOUSEKEEPER: These are your father's business records, miss. He was a very busy man.

MUN YEONG: (coldly) I see. I'll take care of it.

As Mun Yeong sifts through the papers, she comes across a file with the name "Hotel of the Dead" written on it.

MUN YEONG: (interested) What is this?

HOUSEKEEPER: That was one of your father's newest acquisitions. It's a hotel that's said to be haunted.

MUN YEONG: (curious) Haunted, you say?

EXT. HOTEL OF THE DEAD - DAY

Mun Yeong arrives at the Hotel of the Dead. She looks up at the grand building with a calculating expression.

MUN YEONG: (to herself) This will be interesting.

As she enters the hotel, she is greeted by JANG MAN WOL, the beautiful and mysterious owner of the hotel. Jang Man Wol has a cold expression on her face.

JANG MAN WOL: (coldly) Welcome to the Hotel of the Dead. I am Jang Man Wol, the owner.

MUN YEONG: (coolly) I am Ko Mun Yeong. I heard that you can help me.

JANG MAN WOL: (eyeing her) What do you need my help with?

MUN YEONG: (directly) My father left me his hotel chain, but I suspect he was involved in some questionable dealings. I need to protect myself and my inheritance.

Jang Man Wol considers Mun Yeong's request for a moment.

JANG MAN WOL: (smiling slyly) Very well. I can help you, but you must agree to work with me and follow my orders. Do you accept?

MUN YEONG: (smiling back) Yes, but only if it's in my best interest.

JANG MAN WOL: (nodding) I think we'll work well together.

Just then, VINCENZO CASSANO, a charismatic and ruthless lawyer, enters the hotel.

VINCENZO: (smirking) I see we have some new arrivals.

JANG MAN WOL: (smiling slyly) Yes, we have a new partner in our dealings.

VINCENZO: (raising an eyebrow) Interesting. I'm sure we can come to a mutually beneficial agreement.

The three of them look at each other, sizing each other up. Mun Yeong smirks, enjoying the power play.

MUN YEONG: (slyly) I like a challenge.
