Temporal Predator and Phantom Ghost (OCs X RWBY Vol4+)

Truth

"I REALLY don't like this!" The pilot stated as he had KK drawn, his hands tightly gripped around the handles of the knives, his stance widened as he stood in a defensive position. He heard the quick pattern of footprints behind them, quickly turning and preparing to throw his blades at them, only to see Nora and Ren rushing into town.

"What are you guys doing here!?" Ruby asked, her hand resting on Crescent Rose which was hooked above her combat skirt under her cloak.
"Did you hear that noise?! What was that!?" Jaune questioned, his voice showing he was in just as much alarm as the pilot beside him. The pair didn't respond, but as Ren's eyes darted around, he fell to his knees and began muttering something.
"Okay, not good, doesn't matter. Weapons the fuck up everybody!" Ghost ordered, in which everyone obeyed as Ruby drew out Crescent Rose as the sound of heavy, powerful hooves can be heard slowly approaching from the distance, before the most terrifying fucking Grimm Ghost had ever seen before slowly stepped it's way around from behind a building into sight.

The beast was a horse-like creature with a main body of a horse, and a skinless humanoid creature that was fused with it. Its forelegs were shaped like claws, and it had hooved hind legs that had been leaving that enormous hoofprint they had been seeing. The humanoid body had long curved horns on its head, a mouth that looked almost sewn shut, and two long elastic arms each with two clawed fingers. On the back of the human torso were boney spikes along its spine and a variety of weapons from previous battles stuck in it. The skin looked melted and contorted around the skull of the equine's head, red patterns adorning the skull as a deep orange glow emanated from deep inside both head's throats.
"Oh great. Just remove the head, why don't ya, and Blackhorse McGee here is a Folklore figure." The pilot sighed, before the humanoid head rose to attention.
"Bottoms up."

The sound of distant explosions filled the air, as well as distant gunshots and the sounds of metal colliding against something hard, followed by a trail of buildings collapsing. Suddenly, Ruby, Jaune, Ren, and Nora were thrown into the plaza where Qrow had rested, Ren gracefully recovering while the others flopped around like ragdolls, Ruby quickly joining him.
However, a moment later, a gray blur was thrown over them at the speed of a bullet, bringing everything the pilot collided into to the ground. The Nuckelavee slowly stepped out of a cloud of dust, slowly approaching the group of Huntsmen/Huntresses-In-Training. After the horse came to a stop, the humanoid body that once hung limply, other than tossing Ghost into the stratosphere for a moment, began to move, twitching violently as it arose, before throwing its head back and letting out a sonic screech that changed the flow of the wind from the force of the noise, causing the group to brace.

The Nuckelavee then lowered its head, before glancing to the side and setting its sights on the Injured Qrow, who was leaning against the tree and facing directly towards it. Jaune then sheathed his weapon and bolted for Qrow, jumping over an extended arm it had thrown to try and stop him. Once he had picked up the Huntsman, the sound of fast and powerful hooves slowly approached, quickly closing the distance between the Grimm and the boy. Moments before it made impact, however, a silver blur had made impact with the equine head at the speed of a bullet, sending the beast crashing into the floor, tumbling away.
"Go-oh?" Ghost ordered as he landed on his feet, his eye now chrome as he turned back to see that there was physically no color in the boy, or the man, before Jaune nodded and walked away.

The pilot growled to himself as he rested a hand on his knee, before jumping in the air and flying over the black arm that had extended towards him. He landed on the arm and quickly used K to slash at the arm, before backflipping off as it retracted the arm. In a moment's notice, he was rolling out of the way from the charging horse body and using his flexible moment to activate R on his shin and kicking at the beast with the powerful sidearm, which had enough recoil he was able to roll away a little more.
He then deactivated it so he wouldn't have to worry about shooting himself or a teammate by accident, before giving K a ton of chain, before whipping it around his body and straight into the abdomen of the upper body, grinning as Ruby jumped off the chain while lighting up the Grimm with Crescent Rose. The Nuckelavee cried out in pain, before trying to turn its body and bring Ghost with it.
"No, you don't!" Ghost snarled as he tugged on the chain, planting his boots into the ground. Obviously, he underestimated its strength and was quickly pulled with it, before he noticed he was being pulled in towards a white and pink figure with orange hair.

NOT AGAIN-

"I got ya!" Ghost was immediately relieved when instead of getting hit, Nora grabbed him and used her hammer as an anchor, the sudden change in force ripping his weapon from the abdomen of the Nuckelavee and back into his hands.
"Thanks. You know, I'm starting to like you-" Ryan's apology was short-lived when Ruby was slammed into the ground just a meter away from them, before the Nuckelavee's other hand smacked Nora and Ryan away. Ghost slammed U into the ground to decrease his momentum, before pulling himself up and cocking it in its shotgun form.
"Guys! Keep moving- go in a circle!" Jaune yelled out as Ren's weapons were encased within the Grimm's grasp. The pilot took a moment to think about this, before noticing it could only move one half of its body at once. He nodded and ducked under Nora's fire, who used her grenade launcher to fire at the Grimm to draw its attention away from Ren, which it shortly did, before the team began to play ring around the rosey with it, as it struggled to keep up with all the different targets hitting it.

If this thing had ADHD, it would solo our asses.

Ghost growled as he dropped to his knees, sliding under an attempted hit right next to Ruby, before he noticed a yellow and white blur, Jaune, run up to the beast and slash it's leg, black mist emanating from the wound as it let out a quiet growl, before the horse body shortly kicked him away and at Ghost, who caught the boy and set him back to his feet as he ran.
"Good idea. Just don't stand still and let up." Ghost said as the boy sheathed his weapon, confusing the pilot.
"No- what are you doing- NO- STOP I- Oh." Ryan's Markiplier impression was cut short when Jaune lifted his sword once more, the scabbard still attached, before the scabbard turned into a double-edged blade of its own, the heavier weight now allowing for more devastating strikes.

The kid's smart. I see why his family's a bloodline of warriors. Yeta and I really underestimated you.
