Every time I looked in the mirror, all I could see is a broken being with scattered thoughts. I frequently get mental overload, believing that everything is just spinning around in circles with nowhere to go and that I am locked at an impasse with no way out.

Throughout all those sleepless nights I spent crying silently by myself without knowing a single reason why, I finally found solace in expressing the words I was unable to say to anyone. Writing this book with my heart and soul would make a lot of people think that it makes me weak, delicate, an easy prey. But no, because for me, doing this makes me raw, unfiltered enough for me to see beyond what meets the eye. Hidden words, hidden feelings, hidden thoughts. Things that I deprived myself of relief for.

If anyone out there has the habit of holding back, this book could speak for you.
